But Jesus said to her,“ Let the children be filled first, for it is not appropriate to take the children’s bread and throw it to the dogs.”But she answered him,“ Yes, Lord. Yet even the dogs under the table eat the children’s crumbs.”

“ But he answered one of them,‘ Friend, I am doing you no wrong. Didn’t you agree with me for a denarius?Take that which is yours, and go your way. It is my desire to give to this last just as much as to you.Isn’t it lawful for me to do what I want to with what I own? Or is your eye evil, because I am good?’So the last will be first, and the first last. For many are called, but few are chosen.”

“ He said to him,‘ Out of your own mouth I will judge you, you wicked servant! You knew that I am an exacting man, taking up that which I didn’t lay down, and reaping that which I didn’t sow.Then why didn’t you deposit my money in the bank, and at my coming, I might have earned interest on it?’

“ Or who has first given to him, and it will be repaid to him again?”
