可是，他们都找借口推辞。头一个说，‘我刚买了一块田，必须去看一看，请恕我不能参加。’

众人一致推辞，头一个说：‘我买了一块地，不得不去看一看，请原谅我。’

“可是他们都开始一致地推辞。第一个说：‘我买了一块地，必须去看看，请你容我推辞吧。’

眾人一口同音地推辭。頭一個說：『我買了一塊地，必須去看看。請你准我辭了。』

眾人異口同聲地推辭。頭一個對他說：『我買了一塊地，必須去看看。請你准我辭了。』

可是，他們都找藉口推辭。頭一個說，『我剛買了一塊田，必須去看一看，請恕我不能參加。』

眾人一致推辭，頭一個說：‘我買了一塊地，不得不去看一看，請原諒我。’

大家就一樣地推辭。頭一個對他說：「我買了一塊田地，必須出去看看；求你准我辭。」

「可是他們都開始一致地推辭。第一個說：『我買了一塊地，必須去看看，請你容我推辭吧。』

“ But they all alike began to make excuses. The first said,‘ I have just bought a field, and I must go and see it. Please excuse me.’

And yet they all alike began to make excuses. The first one said to him,‘ I purchased a field and I need to go out to look at it; please consider me excused.’

But they all with one accord began to make excuses. The first said to him,‘ I have bought a piece of ground, and I must go and see it. I ask you to have me excused.’

And they all with one consent began to make excuse. The first said unto him, I have bought a field, and I must needs go out and see it; I pray thee have me excused.

耶穌見其狀、而告眾曰：『難矣哉！富人之進天主國也。

若夫孳孳為利之人、徒自陷於誘惑、墮入羅網、顛冥昏昧、縱情恣慾、終至沉溺淪亡而後已。信哉、貪財乃萬惡之根也。頗有因求財之故、而離棄正道流入岐途、終至自求辛螫、百慮刺心者焉。

而爾等獨不願歸予、以獲生命！

落荊棘中者、言人聞道之後、漸為世慮貨利聲色所蔽、弗克成熟；

於真諦妙理、則褎如充耳、惟恐有聞；於妖言邪說、則洗耳恭聽、惟恐不聞也。

降蒞領域。見拒屬民。

人子降臨之日、一如諾亞之日、當時人方飲食婚嫁、平適如恆、至諾亞一入方舟、洪水倏至、而盡滅之。又如羅德之日、人方飲食貿易、樹藝建築、晏如也。至羅德一離索多瑪、硫火即自天降而盡滅之。人子顯臨之日、亦復如是。當彼之日、人在屋上、器在室中、毋思下取；在田者、亦毋返其居、

西拉、蒂茂德自馬其頓來；葆樂傳道益切、力證耶穌即為基督；猶太人拒而誚之；葆樂拂衣曰：『爾罪自承、予也何咎！自此吾適異邦矣！』

如望之洗禮、自天乎？抑自人乎？』若輩乃互議曰：『如謂自天、彼將曰胡不信之；

洪水未至之日、人方飲食嫁娶、晏如也；至諾厄入舟之日、人猶不覺；洪水倏至、咸遭滅頂；人子之臨亦復如是。

代馬士不能忘情於斯世、已離我而赴德颯洛尼矣。格肋森則往加拉西亞、提多亦赴達爾馬西亞。

猶太人見而嫉之、詰難葆樂、謗讟天主、葆樂、巴拿巴坦然答曰：『天主之道、本當先傳於爾；爾既棄之、而自絕於永生之道、吾乃轉傳於異邦。

莫使有一淫邪或不道之人如伊梢者、以貪一飯之微、而拋擲其固有之嗣業。

彼等所見未能一致、遂散。然其未散之前、葆樂曾為一言曰：『善夫聖神藉先知意灑雅向我祖之所言也！其言曰：「往告斯民曰、爾聽而不悟、視而不見；蓋斯民之心、已冥頑不靈、厥耳不聰、厥目不明、一若惟恐其目之有見、耳之有聞、心之有悟、幡然回頭而蒙救於予也！」

皆置若罔聞、各行其路、或赴田莊、或赴市場、餘人且執其僕、辱而殺之！
