Kindness to the poor is a loan to the Lord, and He will give a reward to the lender.

so that your giving may be in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.

and come out— those who have done good things, to the resurrection of life, but those who have done wicked things, to the resurrection of judgment.

Then the King will say to those on His right,‘ Come, you who are blessed by My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.For I was hungry and you gave Me something to eat; I was thirsty and you gave Me something to drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in;I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you took care of Me; I was in prison and you visited Me.’“ Then the righteous will answer Him,‘ Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You something to drink?When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or without clothes and clothe You?When did we see You sick, or in prison, and visit You?’“ And the King will answer them,‘ I assure you: Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of Mine, you did for Me.’

But I have received everything in full, and I have an abundance. I am fully supplied, having received from Epaphroditus what you provided— a fragrant offering, an acceptable sacrifice, pleasing to God.And my God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

Anyone who welcomes a prophet because he is a prophet will receive a prophet’s reward. And anyone who welcomes a righteous person because he’s righteous will receive a righteous person’s reward.And whoever gives just a cup of cold water to one of these little ones because he is a disciple— I assure you: He will never lose his reward!”

But those who are counted worthy to take part in that age and in the resurrection from the dead neither marry nor are given in marriage.For they cannot die anymore, because they are like angels and are sons of God, since they are sons of the resurrection.

Many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake, some to eternal life, and some to shame and eternal contempt.Those who are wise will shine like the bright expanse of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever.

Then I saw thrones, and people seated on them who were given authority to judge. I also saw the people who had been beheaded because of their testimony about Jesus and because of God’s word, who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and who had not accepted the mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with the Messiah for 1,000 years.The rest of the dead did not come to life until the 1,000 years were completed. This is the first resurrection.
