怜悯贫穷的，就是借给耶和华；他的善行，耶和华必偿还。

要叫你施舍的事行在暗中。你父在暗中察看，必然报答你。”

并且靠着神，盼望死人，无论善恶，都要复活，就是他们自己也有这个盼望。

行善的，复活得生；作恶的，复活定罪。

于是王要向那右边的说：‘你们这蒙我父赐福的，可来承受那创世以来为你们所预备的国；因为我饿了，你们给我吃，渴了，你们给我喝；我作客旅，你们留我住；我赤身露体，你们给我穿；我病了，你们看顾我；我在监里，你们来看我。’义人就回答说：‘主啊，我们什么时候见你饿了，给你吃，渴了，给你喝？什么时候见你作客旅，留你住，或是赤身露体，给你穿？又什么时候见你病了，或是在监里，来看你呢？’王要回答说：‘我实在告诉你们，这些事你们既做在我这弟兄中一个最小的身上，就是做在我身上了。’

但我样样都有，并且有余。我已经充足，因我从以巴弗提受了你们的馈送，当作极美的香气，为神所收纳、所喜悦的祭物。我的神必照他荣耀的丰富，在基督耶稣里，使你们一切所需用的都充足。

人因为先知的名接待先知，必得先知所得的赏赐；人因为义人的名接待义人，必得义人所得的赏赐。无论何人，因为门徒的名，只把一杯凉水给这小子里的一个喝，我实在告诉你们，这人不能不得赏赐。”

惟有算为配得那世界，与从死里复活的人也不娶也不嫁；因为他们不能再死，和天使一样；既是复活的人，就为神的儿子。

睡在尘埃中的，必有多人复醒。其中有得永生的，有受羞辱永远被憎恶的。智慧人必发光如同天上的光；那使多人归义的，必发光如星，直到永永远远。

我又看见几个宝座，也有坐在上面的，并有审判的权柄赐给他们。我又看见那些因为给耶稣作见证，并为神之道被斩者的灵魂，和那没有拜过兽与兽像，也没有在额上和手上受过他印记之人的灵魂，他们都复活了，与基督一同作王一千年。这是头一次的复活。其余的死人还没有复活，直等那一千年完了。
