耶稣又对主人说：“摆设午宴、晚宴时，不要邀请你的朋友、弟兄、亲戚或有钱的邻居，免得他们回请你，你便得到报答了。

耶稣又对请他的人说：“你摆设午饭或晚饭，不要请你的朋友、弟兄、亲属，和富足的邻舍，恐怕他们也请你，你就得了报答。

耶稣又对请他的人说：“你准备午饭或晚餐，不要请你的朋友、弟兄、亲属和富足的邻舍，免得他们回请你，你就得了报答。

又謂請之者曰、爾設午餐、或晚餐、毋招爾朋友、兄弟、親戚、富鄰、恐彼復招爾而受其報也、

又謂請之者曰、爾設午餐或晚餐、勿請朋友、兄弟、親戚、富鄰、恐酬爾而受報也、

耶穌復告主人曰：『爾設宴時、毋邀良朋昆弟戚屬富鄰、誠恐若輩還禮、則爾獲報矣。

Then Jesus said to his host,“ When you give a luncheon or dinner, do not invite your friends, your brothers or sisters, your relatives, or your rich neighbors; if you do, they may invite you back and so you will be repaid.

Then Jesus spoke to his host.“ Suppose you give a lunch or a dinner,” he said.“ Do not invite your friends, your brothers or sisters, or your relatives, or your rich neighbors. If you do, they may invite you to eat with them. So you will be paid back.

He said also to the man who had invited him,“ When you give a dinner or a banquet, do not invite your friends or your brothers or your relatives or rich neighbors, lest they also invite you in return and you be repaid.

Then he turned to his host.“ When you put on a luncheon or a banquet,” he said,“ don’t invite your friends, brothers, relatives, and rich neighbors. For they will invite you back, and that will be your only reward.

He also said to the one who had invited him,“ When you give a lunch or a dinner, don’t invite your friends, your brothers or sisters, your relatives, or your rich neighbors, because they might invite you back, and you would be repaid.

Now He also went on to say to the one who had invited Him,“ Whenever you give a luncheon or a dinner, do not invite your friends, your brothers, your relatives, nor wealthy neighbors, otherwise they may also invite you to a meal in return, and that will be your repayment.

Then He also said to him who invited Him,“ When you give a dinner or a supper, do not ask your friends, your brothers, your relatives, nor rich neighbors, lest they also invite you back, and you be repaid.

And he said to him also that had bidden him, When thou makest a dinner or a supper, call not thy friends, nor thy brethren, nor thy kinsmen, nor rich neighbors; lest haply they also bid thee again, and a recompense be made thee.

He also said to the one who had invited Him,“ When you give a lunch or a dinner, don’t invite your friends, your brothers, your relatives, or your rich neighbors, because they might invite you back, and you would be repaid.

Then said he also to him that bade him, When thou makest a dinner or a supper, call not thy friends, nor thy brethren, neither thy kinsmen, nor[ thy] rich neighbours; lest they also bid thee again, and a recompence be made thee.

He said also to the man who had invited him,“ When you host a dinner or a banquet, don’t invite your friends or your brothers or your relatives or rich neighbors so you can be invited by them in return and get repaid.

He also said to the one who had invited him,“ When you make a dinner or a supper, don’t call your friends, nor your brothers, nor your kinsmen, nor rich neighbors, or perhaps they might also return the favor, and pay you back.

如果你们只爱那些爱你们的人，有什么值得嘉奖的呢？就是税吏也会这样做。

我的弟兄姊妹，你们既然信了我们荣耀的主耶稣基督，就不可以貌取人。比方说，一个手戴金饰、衣着华丽的人来参加你们的聚会，一个衣衫褴褛的人也来参加，你们就看重那衣着华丽的，对他说：“请上座。”却对那穷人说：“你站在那边。”或“坐在我的脚凳边。”你们这样做难道不是偏心待人，心怀恶意地判断人吗？我亲爱的弟兄姊妹，请听我说，上帝不是拣选了穷人，使他们在信心上富足，并承受祂应许赐给那些爱祂之人的国度吗？你们反倒侮辱穷人。其实欺压你们、抓你们上法庭的不是那些富人吗？

靠压榨穷人敛财和送礼给富人的，都必穷困潦倒。

“你们要小心，行善的时候不可张扬，故意叫人看见，否则就不能得你们天父的赏赐了。“因此，周济穷人的时候，不要大吹大擂，像那些伪君子在会堂和街市上所行的一样，以博取人们的赞赏。我实在告诉你们，他们得到的赏赐仅此而已。你们周济穷人的时候，右手所做的别叫左手知道，要不声不响地去做。这样，鉴察隐秘事的天父必赏赐你们。

如果你们只爱那些爱你们的人，有什么功劳呢？就是罪人也会这样做。如果你们只善待那些善待你们的人，有什么功劳呢？就是罪人也会这样做。如果你们借钱给人，指望收回，有什么功劳呢？即使罪人也会借贷给罪人，日后再如数收回。“然而，要爱你们的仇敌，善待他们；无论借出什么，都不要指望归还。这样，你们将有大赏赐，并且将成为至高者的儿子，因为祂以恩慈待那些忘恩负义和作恶的人。你们要怜悯人，像你们的天父怜悯人一样。

穷人遭邻舍厌，富人朋友众多。

“你要对境内的民众和祭司说，‘七十年来，你们在五月和七月禁食、哀伤，难道真的是为了我吗？你们吃喝，难道不是为自己吃、为自己喝吗？这些不是耶和华借从前的先知所宣告的吗？当时耶路撒冷和周围的城邑人口兴盛、繁荣，南地和丘陵都有人居住。’”

祂使饥饿的得饱足，叫富足的空手而去。

“你们禁食的时候，不要像伪君子那样愁眉苦脸，因为他们故意蓬头垢面，好让别人知道他们在禁食。我实在告诉你们，他们得到的赏赐不过是人的赞赏。你禁食的时候要梳头洗脸，不叫人们看出你在禁食，只让你肉眼看不见的父知道，鉴察隐秘事的父必赏赐你。
