Then he put his hands on her. Right away she stood up straight and praised God.

Praise the Lord, my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name.Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits—who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases,who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion,who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.

He could not do any miracles there, except lay his hands on a few sick people and heal them.

Once more Jesus put his hands on the man’s eyes. Then his eyes were opened, his sight was restored, and he saw everything clearly.

He sent out his word and healed them; he rescued them from the grave.Let them give thanks to the Lord for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for mankind.Let them sacrifice thank offerings and tell of his works with songs of joy.

He pleaded earnestly with him,“ My little daughter is dying. Please come and put your hands on her so that she will be healed and live.”

At sunset, the people brought to Jesus all who had various kinds of sickness, and laying his hands on each one, he healed them.

When he saw them, he said,“ Go, show yourselves to the priests.” And as they went, they were cleansed.One of them, when he saw he was healed, came back, praising God in a loud voice.He threw himself at Jesus’ feet and thanked him— and he was a Samaritan.Jesus asked,“ Were not all ten cleansed? Where are the other nine?

Then Ananias went to the house and entered it. Placing his hands on Saul, he said,“ Brother Saul, the Lord— Jesus, who appeared to you on the road as you were coming here— has sent me so that you may see again and be filled with the Holy Spirit.”
