你们这些伪善的人！既然知道观察天色、预测天气，为什么不知道观察这个世代呢？

伪君子啊！你们知道分辨天地的气象，怎么不知道分辨这个时代呢？

你们这些伪善的人！你们懂得分辨天地的气象，怎么不懂得分辨这个时代呢？

假冒為善的人哪，你們知道分辨天地的氣色，怎麼不知道分辨這時候呢？」

你們這些偽善的人！既然知道觀察天色、預測天氣，為什麼不知道觀察這個世代呢？

假冒為善的人哪，地和天的氣色、你們曉得察辨，這時機、你們怎麼不曉得察辨呢？

你們這些偽善的人！你們懂得分辨天地的氣象，怎麼不懂得分辨這個時代呢？

偽善者乎、爾識別天地色象、何不識別此時乎、

偽善者乎、爾識別天地色象、何不能別此時乎、

偽善者、爾知別天地之氣色、何不能別此時乎、

虛偽之人乎、爾何察於天地之氣象、而獨不察乎今茲之時耶？

早晨天发红，又发黑，你们就说：‘今日必有风雨。’你们知道分辨天上的气色，倒不能分辨这时候的神迹。

“你们可以从无花果树学个比方：当树枝发嫩长叶的时候，你们就知道夏天近了。这样，你们看见这一切的事，也该知道人子近了，正在门口了。

说：“巴不得你在这日子知道关系你平安的事；无奈这事现在是隐藏的，叫你的眼看不出来。因为日子将到，你的仇敌必筑起土垒，周围环绕你，四面困住你，并要扫灭你和你里头的儿女，连一块石头也不留在石头上，因你不知道眷顾你的时候。”

以萨迦支派，有二百族长都通达时务，知道以色列人所当行的；他们族弟兄都听从他们的命令。

“为你本国之民和你圣城，已经定了七十个七。要止住罪过，除净罪恶，赎尽罪孽，引进永义，封住异象和预言，并膏至圣者。你当知道，当明白，从出令重新建造耶路撒冷，直到有受膏君的时候，必有七个七和六十二个七。正在艰难的时候，耶路撒冷城连街带濠都必重新建造。过了六十二个七，那受膏者必被剪除，一无所有；必有一王的民来毁灭这城和圣所，至终必如洪水冲没。必有争战，一直到底，荒凉的事已经定了。

但向你们敬畏我名的人必有公义的日头出现，其光线有医治之能。你们必出来跳跃如圈里的肥犊。

从撒母耳以来的众先知，凡说预言的，也都说到这些日子。你们是先知的子孙，也承受神与你们祖宗所立的约，就是对亚伯拉罕说：‘地上万族都要因你的后裔得福。’神既兴起他的仆人，就先差他到你们这里来，赐福给你们，叫你们各人回转，离开罪恶。”

那时，耶稣说：“父啊，天地的主，我感谢你！因为你将这些事向聪明通达人就藏起来，向婴孩就显出来。

万军之耶和华说：“我要差遣我的使者在我前面预备道路。你们所寻求的主必忽然进入他的殿；立约的使者，就是你们所仰慕的，快要来到。”
