你们这些伪善的人！你们懂得分辨天地的气象，怎么不懂得分辨这个时代呢？

你们这些伪善的人！既然知道观察天色、预测天气，为什么不知道观察这个世代呢？

伪君子啊！你们知道分辨天地的气象，怎么不知道分辨这个时代呢？

假冒為善的人哪，你們知道分辨天地的氣色，怎麼不知道分辨這時候呢？」

假冒為善的人哪，你們知道分辨天地的氣象，怎麼不知道分辨這是甚麼時代呢？」

你們這些偽善的人！既然知道觀察天色、預測天氣，為什麼不知道觀察這個世代呢？

假冒為善的人哪，地和天的氣色、你們曉得察辨，這時機、你們怎麼不曉得察辨呢？

你們這些偽善的人！你們懂得分辨天地的氣象，怎麼不懂得分辨這個時代呢？

偽善者乎、爾識別天地色象、何不識別此時乎、

偽善者乎、爾識別天地色象、何不能別此時乎、

偽善者、爾知別天地之氣色、何不能別此時乎、

虛偽之人乎、爾何察於天地之氣象、而獨不察乎今茲之時耶？

Hypocrites! You know how to interpret the appearance of the earth and the sky. How is it that you don’t know how to interpret this present time?

You pretenders! You know how to understand the appearance of the earth and the sky. Why can’t you understand the meaning of what is happening right now?

Hypocrites! You can discern the face of the sky and of the earth, but how is it you do not discern this time?

清晨的时候你们说：‘今天会有风雨，因为天色通红又变得阴沉。’你们能分辨天象，却不能分辨时代的征兆。

“你们要从无花果树那里学个比喻：当无花果树的枝子发嫩长出叶子的时候，你们就知道夏天快到了。照样，当你们看见这一切的时候，你们就知道人子快到了，就在门口了。

说：“巴不得你在这日子里明白关乎你和平的事，但如今这事在你眼前被隐藏了。因为日子将临到你，你的敌人要筑起壁垒包围你，四面困住你。而且，他们要将你和你里面的儿女猛摔在地，不容你里面有一块石头留在另一块石头上，因为你没有认出神临到你的时候。”

“为了你的民，为了你的圣城，有七十个‘七’被定下了，为要结束罪过，终止罪恶，赎清罪孽，带来永远的公义，封住异象和预言，膏抹至圣所。因此你当知道，你要明白：从发出命令恢复、重建耶路撒冷，直到受膏之君的时候，有七个‘七’和六十二个‘七’；那时耶路撒冷连同她的广场和沟渠都必被恢复、重建，但那将是一个困苦的时期。那六十二个‘七’之后，受膏者必被剪除，他将一无所有。将要来一位领袖，他的民众必毁灭这城和圣所，其结局必伴随着洪流，必有战争直到末了；荒凉的事已经被注定了。

至于你们这些敬畏我名的人，必有公义的太阳为你们升起，它的光线带来痊愈；你们必出来跳跃，像圈里的牛犊。”

“其实从撒母耳以来所有的先知，只要说预言，都同样地预告了这些日子。你们是先知们的子孙，也是神与你们祖先所订立之约的子孙。那时神对亚伯拉罕说：‘藉着你的那位后裔，地上万族都要蒙祝福。’神兴起了他的仆人，差派他先到你们这里来，要你们每个人转离自己的罪行，好祝福你们。”

那时候，耶稣说：“父啊，天地的主，我赞美你，因为你把这些事向有智慧的和有学问的人隐藏起来，而向小孩子们显明出来。

万军之耶和华说：“看哪，我要派遣我的使者在我前面预备道路！你们所寻求的主，必突然来到他的殿；看哪，你们所喜悦的那立约的使者，就要来到！”

但是等到时候一满足，神就派遣他的儿子，由女人所生，生在律法之下，
