當諭今世之富有者、志勿高、勿望無定之財、惟望上帝、即厚以百物賜我者、又諭之為善、富於善行、喜於施濟、樂與眾共、為己積累善基、以備厥後、俾執維生即真生也、○

爾播多而穫少、食不得飽、飲不得足、衣不得暖、傭獲其值、盛於敝囊、

此言非顧貧、乃因其為竊、且職橐而取所貯耳、

噫、富者歟、宜悲泣號咷、因苦難將臨於爾也、爾財壞矣、爾衣蠹矣、爾金銀銹矣、其銹將為證於爾、且如火而蝕爾肉、爾已積財於末日也、

惟以在內者施濟、則於爾無不潔矣、○
