於是耶穌對他的門徒說：『故此我告訴你們，不要為性命掛慮、要喫甚麼；也不要為身體掛慮、要穿甚麼。

耶穌又對他的門徒們說：「所以我告訴你們：不要為你們的生命而憂慮吃什麼，也不要為身體而憂慮穿什麼。

耶穌謂其徒曰、故我語汝、毋慮爾生何以食、身何以衣、

乃謂門徒曰、我告爾、勿為生命慮何以食、勿為身體慮何以衣、

乃顧謂其徒曰：『故予語爾、勿慮生何以食、身何以衣。

Then Jesus said to his disciples:“ Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear.

And he said to his disciples,“ Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat, nor about your body, what you will put on.

Then, turning to his disciples, Jesus said,“ That is why I tell you not to worry about everyday life— whether you have enough food to eat or enough clothes to wear.

Then he said to his disciples,“ Therefore I tell you, don’t worry about your life, what you will eat; or about the body, what you will wear.

And He said to His disciples,“ For this reason I tell you, do not worry about your life, as to what you are to eat; nor for your body, as to what you are to wear.

And he said unto his disciples, Therefore I say unto you, Be not anxious for your life, what ye shall eat; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on.

Then Jesus said to his disciples,“ Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat, or about your body, what you will wear.

He said to his disciples,“ Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life, what you will eat, nor yet for your body, what you will wear.

在任何事上都不要忧虑；然而要在一切事上，藉着祷告和祈求，以感谢的心把你们所求的告诉神。

“所以我告诉你们：不要为你们的生命而忧虑吃什么、喝什么；也不要为你们的身体而忧虑穿什么；难道生命不比食物更重要，身体不比衣服更重要吗？应该看天空的飞鸟：它们不撒种、不收割，也不收集在仓库里，你们的天父尚且养活它们；难道你们不比飞鸟更重要吗？你们当中谁能因着忧虑使自己的寿命延长一刻呢？你们为什么为衣服忧虑呢？应该观察野地里的百合花是怎么生长的：它们不劳动，也不纺织。但是我告诉你们：就连所罗门在他最荣耀的时候，所穿戴的也不如这些花中的一朵。你们这些小信的人哪！野地里的草今天还在，明天就被丢进火炉里，神尚且这样装扮它，更何况你们呢！所以不要忧虑，说‘我们吃什么？喝什么？穿什么？’因为这一切都是外邦人所寻求的，而你们的天父已经知道你们需要这一切了。所以你们应当先寻求神的国和神的义，这一切都将加给你们了。因此，不要为明天忧虑，明天自有明天的忧虑。要知道，每一天自有它的难处，这已经够了。

你们行事为人不要爱钱财，要以现有的为满足，因为神自己说过：“我绝不撇下你，也绝不离弃你。”

我希望你们一无挂虑。没有结婚的男人所挂虑的是主的事，是要怎样讨主的喜悦；

你们不要追求吃什么、喝什么，也不要挂虑。
