果能清明在躬、絲毫不昧、則光明瑩徹、正如燈火之輝煌照爾矣。』

Therefore, if your whole body is full of light, and no part of it dark, it will be just as full of light as when a lamp shines its light on you.”

Suppose your whole body is full of light. And suppose no part of it is dark. Then your body will be full of light. It will be just as when a lamp shines its light on you.”

If then your whole body is full of light, having no part dark, it will be wholly bright, as when a lamp with its rays gives you light.”

If you are filled with light, with no dark corners, then your whole life will be radiant, as though a floodlight were filling you with light.”

The human spirit is like the lamp of the LORD, searching all his innermost parts.

O how I love your law! All day long I meditate on it.Your commandments make me wiser than my enemies, for I am always aware of them.I have more insight than all my teachers, for I meditate on your rules.I am more discerning than those older than I, for I observe your precepts.I stay away from the evil path, so that I might keep your instructions.I do not turn aside from your regulations, for you teach me.Your words are sweeter in my mouth than honey!Your precepts give me discernment. For God, who said“ Let light shine out of darkness,” is the one who shined in our hearts to give us the light of the glorious knowledge of God in the face of Christ.

But the path of the righteous is like the bright morning light, growing brighter and brighter until full day.The way of the wicked is like gloomy darkness; they do not know what causes them to stumble.

My child, if you receive my words, and store up my commands within you,by making your ear attentive to wisdom, and by turning your heart to understanding,indeed, if you call out for discernment– raise your voice for understanding–if you seek it like silver, and search for it like hidden treasure,then you will understand how to fear the LORD, and you will discover knowledge about God.For the LORD gives wisdom, and from his mouth comes knowledge and understanding.He stores up effective counsel for the upright, and is like a shield for those who live with integrity,to guard the paths of the righteous and to protect the way of his pious ones.Then you will understand righteousness and justice and equity– every good way.For wisdom will enter your heart, and moral knowledge will be attractive to you.Discretion will protect you, understanding will guard you,

Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and exhorting one another with all wisdom, singing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, all with grace in your hearts to God.

But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be the honor both now and on that eternal day.

Then you must recall the LORD’s instructions and the prophetic testimony of what would happen. Certainly they say such things because their minds are spiritually darkened.

and how from infancy you have known the holy writings, which are able to give you wisdom for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.Every scripture is inspired by God and useful for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness,that the person dedicated to God may be capable and equipped for every good work.

But the one who peers into the perfect law of liberty and fixes his attention there, and does not become a forgetful listener but one who lives it out– he will be blessed in what he does.

I will lead the blind along an unfamiliar way; I will guide them down paths they have never traveled. I will turn the darkness in front of them into light, and level out the rough ground. This is what I will do for them. I will not abandon them.

And he said to them,“ Take care about what you hear. The measure you use will be the measure you receive, and more will be added to you.For whoever has will be given more, but whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken from him.”

But solid food is for the mature, whose perceptions are trained by practice to discern both good and evil.

He replied,“ You have been given the opportunity to know the secrets of the kingdom of heaven, but they have not.For whoever has will be given more, and will have an abundance. But whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken from him.

( Let the wise also hear and gain instruction, and let the discerning acquire guidance!)

Then he said to them,“ Therefore every expert in the law who has been trained for the kingdom of heaven is like the owner of a house who brings out of his treasure what is new and old.”

So we are no longer to be children, tossed back and forth by waves and carried about by every wind of teaching by the trickery of people who craftily carry out their deceitful schemes.

So let us acknowledge him! Let us seek to acknowledge the LORD! He will come to our rescue as certainly as the appearance of the dawn, as certainly as the winter rain comes, as certainly as the spring rain that waters the land.”
