果能清明在躬、絲毫不昧、則光明瑩徹、正如燈火之輝煌照爾矣。』

Therefore, if your whole body is full of light, and no part of it dark, it will be just as full of light as when a lamp shines its light on you.”

Suppose your whole body is full of light. And suppose no part of it is dark. Then your body will be full of light. It will be just as when a lamp shines its light on you.”

If then your whole body is full of light, having no part dark, it will be wholly bright, as when a lamp with its rays gives you light.”

If you are filled with light, with no dark corners, then your whole life will be radiant, as though a floodlight were filling you with light.”

Therefore if your whole body is full of light, without any dark part, it will be wholly illuminated, as when the lamp illuminates you with its light.”

If then your whole body is full of light, having no part dark, the whole body will be full of light, as when the bright shining of a lamp gives you light.”

If therefore thy whole body be full of light, having no part dark, it shall be wholly full of light, as when the lamp with its bright shining doth give thee light.

For a command is a lamp, teaching is a light, and corrective discipline is the way to life.

The LORD’s lamp sheds light on a person’s life, searching the innermost parts.

How I love your instruction! It is my meditation all day long.Your command makes me wiser than my enemies, for it is always with me.I have more insight than all my teachers because your decrees are my meditation.I understand more than the elders because I obey your precepts.I have kept my feet from every evil path to follow your word.I have not turned from your judgments, for you yourself have instructed me.How sweet your word is to my taste— sweeter than honey in my mouth.I gain understanding from your precepts; therefore I hate every false way.Your word is a lamp for my feet and a light on my path.

For God who said,“ Let light shine out of darkness,” has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of God’s glory in the face of Jesus Christ.

The path of the righteous is like the light of dawn, shining brighter and brighter until midday.But the way of the wicked is like the darkest gloom; they don’t know what makes them stumble.

My son, if you accept my words and store up my commands within you,listening closely to wisdom and directing your heart to understanding;furthermore, if you call out to insight and lift your voice to understanding,if you seek it like silver and search for it like hidden treasure,then you will understand the fear of the LORD and discover the knowledge of God.For the LORD gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding.He stores up success for the upright; He is a shield for those who live with integrityso that he may guard the paths of justice and protect the way of his faithful followers.Then you will understand righteousness, justice, and integrity— every good path.For wisdom will enter your heart, and knowledge will delight you.Discretion will watch over you, and understanding will guard you.

Let the word of Christ dwell richly among you, in all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another through psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts.

But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity.

Go to God’s instruction and testimony! If they do not speak according to this word, there will be no dawn for them.

and you know that from infancy you have known the sacred Scriptures, which are able to give you wisdom for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.All Scripture is inspired by God and is profitable for teaching, for rebuking, for correcting, for training in righteousness,so that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.

But the one who looks intently into the perfect law of freedom and perseveres in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer who works— this person will be blessed in what he does.

I will lead the blind by a way they did not know; I will guide them on paths they have not known. I will turn darkness to light in front of them and rough places into level ground. This is what I will do for them, and I will not abandon them.

And he said to them,“ Pay attention to what you hear. By the measure you use, it will be measured to you— and more will be added to you.For whoever has, more will be given to him, and whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him.”

But solid food is for the mature— for those whose senses have been trained to distinguish between good and evil.

He answered,“ Because the secrets of the kingdom of heaven have been given for you to know, but it has not been given to them.For whoever has, more will be given to him, and he will have more than enough; but whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him.

let a wise person listen and increase learning, and let a discerning person obtain guidance—

“ Therefore,” he said to them,“ every teacher of the law who has become a disciple in the kingdom of heaven is like the owner of a house who brings out of his storeroom treasures new and old.”

Then we will no longer be little children, tossed by the waves and blown around by every wind of teaching, by human cunning with cleverness in the techniques of deceit.

Let’s strive to know the LORD. His appearance is as sure as the dawn. He will come to us like the rain, like the spring showers that water the land.
