Jesus replied,“ But even more blessed are all who hear the word of God and put it into practice.”

耶稣说：“是，却还不如听神之道而遵守的人有福。”

耶稣却说：“更有福的是听上帝的道而遵守的人！”

耶稣却说：“更有福的是听神的道而遵守的人！”

耶稣回答说：“但那听了上帝的话又去遵行的人更有福。”

他说：“是的，却还不如听神的道而遵守的人有福。”

耶稣说：“那听了神的话语又遵守的人，才真是蒙福的！”

耶穌說：「是，卻還不如聽神之道而遵守的人有福。」

耶穌卻說：「更有福的是聽上帝的道而遵守的人！」

耶穌卻說：「更有福的是聽神的道而遵守的人！」

耶穌回答說：「但那聽了上帝的話又去遵行的人更有福。」

他說：“是的，卻還不如聽神的道而遵守的人有福。”

他說：『是的，還不如聽上帝的話而遵守的人為有福呢！』

耶穌說：「那聽了神的話語又遵守的人，才真是蒙福的！」

耶穌曰、未若聽上帝道而守之者福也、○

耶穌曰、未若聽上帝道而守之者為有福、○

耶穌曰、未若聽天主道而守之者為有福、○

耶穌應曰：『第未若聞天主之道、而身體力行者之有福耳。』

He replied,“ Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it.”

He replied,“ Instead, blessed are those who hear God’s word and obey it.”

But he said,“ Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and keep it!”

He said,“ Rather, blessed are those who hear the word of God and keep it.”

But He said,“ On the contrary, blessed are those who hear the word of God and follow it.”

But He said,“ More than that, blessed are those who hear the word of God and keep it!”

But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.

He said,“ Even more, those who hear the word of God and keep it are blessed!”

But he said, Yea rather, blessed[ are] they that hear the word of God, and keep it.

But he replied,“ Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it!”

But he said,“ On the contrary, blessed are those who hear the word of God, and keep it.”

I will show you what it’s like when someone comes to me, listens to my teaching, and then follows it.It is like a person building a house who digs deep and lays the foundation on solid rock. When the floodwaters rise and break against that house, it stands firm because it is well built.

Jesus replied,“ My mother and my brothers are all those who hear God’s word and obey it.”

Praise the Lord! How joyful are those who fear the Lord and delight in obeying his commands.

So get rid of all the filth and evil in your lives, and humbly accept the word God has planted in your hearts, for it has the power to save your souls.But don’t just listen to God’s word. You must do what it says. Otherwise, you are only fooling yourselves.For if you listen to the word and don’t obey, it is like glancing at your face in a mirror.You see yourself, walk away, and forget what you look like.But if you look carefully into the perfect law that sets you free, and if you do what it says and don’t forget what you heard, then God will bless you for doing it.

This is what the Lord says— your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel:“ I am the Lord your God, who teaches you what is good for you and leads you along the paths you should follow.Oh, that you had listened to my commands! Then you would have had peace flowing like a gentle river and righteousness rolling over you like waves in the sea.

Now that you know these things, God will bless you for doing them.

Oh, the joys of those who do not follow the advice of the wicked, or stand around with sinners, or join in with mockers.But they delight in the law of the Lord, meditating on it day and night.They are like trees planted along the riverbank, bearing fruit each season. Their leaves never wither, and they prosper in all they do.

Dear friends, if we don’t feel guilty, we can come to God with bold confidence.And we will receive from him whatever we ask because we obey him and do the things that please him.And this is his commandment: We must believe in the name of his Son, Jesus Christ, and love one another, just as he commanded us.Those who obey God’s commandments remain in fellowship with him, and he with them. And we know he lives in us because the Spirit he gave us lives in us.

Joyful are people of integrity, who follow the instructions of the Lord.Joyful are those who obey his laws and search for him with all their hearts.They do not compromise with evil, and they walk only in his paths.You have charged us to keep your commandments carefully.Oh, that my actions would consistently reflect your decrees!Then I will not be ashamed when I compare my life with your commands.

Jesus asked,“ Who is my mother? Who are my brothers?”Then he pointed to his disciples and said,“ Look, these are my mother and brothers.Anyone who does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother!”

“ Not everyone who calls out to me,‘ Lord! Lord!’ will enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Only those who actually do the will of my Father in heaven will enter.On judgment day many will say to me,‘ Lord! Lord! We prophesied in your name and cast out demons in your name and performed many miracles in your name.’But I will reply,‘ I never knew you. Get away from me, you who break God’s laws.’“ Anyone who listens to my teaching and follows it is wise, like a person who builds a house on solid rock.Though the rain comes in torrents and the floodwaters rise and the winds beat against that house, it won’t collapse because it is built on bedrock.

How joyful are those who fear the Lord— all who follow his ways!

Blessed are those who wash their robes. They will be permitted to enter through the gates of the city and eat the fruit from the tree of life.
