邪魔既離人身、徘徊於無水之地、欲求安身之所而不可得、乃曰：「吾將返吾故宅。」

“ When an impure spirit comes out of a person, it goes through arid places seeking rest and does not find it. Then it says,‘ I will return to the house I left.’

“ What happens when an evil spirit comes out of a person? It goes through dry areas looking for a place to rest. But it doesn’t find it. Then it says,‘ I will return to the house I left.’

“ When the unclean spirit has gone out of a person, it passes through waterless places seeking rest, and finding none it says,‘ I will return to my house from which I came.’

“ When an evil spirit leaves a person, it goes into the desert, searching for rest. But when it finds none, it says,‘ I will return to the person I came from.’

“ When an unclean spirit comes out of a person, it roams through waterless places looking for rest, and not finding rest, it then says,‘ I’ll go back to my house that I came from.’

“ When the unclean spirit comes out of a person, it passes through waterless places seeking rest, and not finding any, it then says,‘ I will return to my house from which I came.’

“ When an unclean spirit goes out of a man, he goes through dry places, seeking rest; and finding none, he says,‘ I will return to my house from which I came.’

The unclean spirit when he is gone out of the man, passeth through waterless places, seeking rest, and finding none, he saith, I will turn back unto my house whence I came out.

勤守儆醒、爾敵乃魔鬼、譬彼吼獅遍行、欲吞噬人、

邪神離人、遊行旱地、求安不得、曰、我將歸所出之室、至、則見其室闃寂、掃除修飾、遂往、又攜七神、惡於己者、入而居之、其人之後患、較先時尤劇、此惡世亦猶是也、○

上帝兮、我之上帝、予竭力以求、中心如渴、仰慕不置、我困子野、汲道已絕兮、

耶和華謂撒但曰、汝奚自。對曰、余遍歷塵寰、往來靡定。

耶穌見眾趨集、叱邪神曰、使人喑聾之神、我命爾出、勿再入之、

切求耶穌、勿逐出斯地、

耶和華曰、為惡之徒、不享平康。

從世俗、服在空乘權者、即惑不信者之神、

我通水泉、以溉原田、我濬江河、以潤槁壤、我以我神、賦爾子孫、式綏祉福。

沙漠之區、遙望之、有若池沼、其後將變為滄海矣、昔為野犬棲止之所、今為萑葦叢生之澤、

貧乏之民、求水不得、口舌煩燥、莫能解渴、我耶和華以色列族之上帝、必聽其祈、而不遺棄。山谷之間、必出水泉、曠野之所、必成池沼、我使之然。在彼槁壞、必植柏香木、皂莢木、岡拈木、油木、松木、杉木、黃楊木、

曠野無水之區、將萌芽糵、若山慈菇、必有欣喜謳歌之聲、斯土所產、向榮競茂、較諸利巴嫩、加密、沙崙、尤為繁庶、我之上帝耶和華、榮光普照、有威可畏、人共觀瞻焉、

惟彼作惡之徒、若波濤激濁、翻騰莫遏、上帝曰、邪僻之輩、不享綏安。

今我以綿羊毛一束、置於禾場、如露獨在羊毛、而四周之土仍燥、則知爾將藉手於我、拯以色列族、踐爾前言。詰朝其田夙興、取羊毛而絞之、揉露盈盂。其田求上帝曰、毋震怒、我敢復進一辭而後已、請再試之、我欲羊毛無露、而四周之土有露。是夜上帝如言而行、羊毛無露、而四周之土露無不徧。

惡人不為不軌、則卧有不安、不使人傾危、則寢有不暇。

其人告我云、此水流至東方、過野入海、海為之甘、河流所至、盡成甘泉、水族滋生、魚尤蕃衍、不可勝數、水之所滙、百物生焉、自隱其底至隱客連、漁人張網得魚、五色俱備、魚族繁多、不亞大海、其淤下之澤、依然斥鹵、
