邪魔既離人身、徘徊於無水之地、欲求安身之所而不可得、乃曰：「吾將返吾故宅。」

“ When an impure spirit comes out of a person, it goes through arid places seeking rest and does not find it. Then it says,‘ I will return to the house I left.’

你們務要謹慎，警醒，因為你們的仇敵魔鬼好像咆哮的獅子四處遊走，尋找可以吞吃的獵物。

上帝啊，你是我的上帝，我迫切地尋求你！在乾旱荒涼之地，我的心渴慕你，渴慕你！

耶和華問撒旦：「你從哪裡來？」撒旦答道：「我在地上到處遊走。」

耶穌看見人群都跑了過來，就斥責那污鬼：「你這個聾啞鬼，我命令你從他身上出來，不許再進去！」

接著污鬼再三哀求耶穌，不要把牠們逐出那個地區。

耶和華說：「惡人得不到平安。」

那時，你們隨從今世的風俗，順服在空中掌權的魔鬼，就是如今在一切叛逆上帝之人心中運行的邪靈。

我要用水澆灌乾渴之地，使河流滋潤乾旱之土。我要用我的靈澆灌你的後裔，使我的福澤臨到你的子孫。

炙熱的沙漠變成池塘，旱地湧出甘泉；豺狼的巢穴長出青草、蘆葦和蒲草。

「貧窮困苦的人找不到水喝，他們口乾舌燥。但我耶和華必應允他們的呼求，我——以色列的上帝不會撇棄他們。我要使光禿的山嶺上江河奔流，山谷中泉水湧流；我要使沙漠變成水塘，使乾地冒出泉水。我要在曠野栽香柏樹、皂莢樹、番石榴樹和橄欖樹。我要在沙漠種松樹、杉樹和黃楊樹。

沙漠和乾旱之地必歡喜；曠野必快樂，開滿鮮花，姹紫嫣紅，喜樂漫溢，發出歡呼，散發著黎巴嫩的榮耀、迦密和沙崙的榮美。人們必看見耶和華的榮耀，我們上帝的光輝。

然而，惡人就像波濤洶湧、難以平靜的大海，海浪中湧出淤泥和汙物。」我的上帝說：「他們必得不到平安。」

求你給個憑據。我把一團羊毛放在麥場上，若明天早晨只是羊毛上有露水，地面卻是乾的，我就知道，如你所言，你要用我去拯救以色列人。」果然如此，基甸一早醒來，從羊毛中擠出滿滿一碗露水。基甸又對上帝說：「求你不要發怒，容許我再試一次，這次讓羊毛是乾的，地面有露水。」那天晚上，耶和華就照他所求使地面佈滿露水，唯獨羊毛是乾的。

因為他們不作惡就無法入睡，不絆倒人就無法安眠；

他對我說：「這水向東流，經過亞拉巴流到鹽海，使那裡的鹹水變為淡水。河水流經的地方，萬物滋長，魚產豐盛，因為河水使那裡的鹹水變成淡水了。漁夫要站在岸邊捕魚，從隱·基底到隱·以革蓮都是曬網的地方。那裡的魚就像大海的魚一樣種類繁多。但沼澤和濕窪之地卻不會改變，留作產鹽之地。
