勇士的掳物能被夺回吗？强横者的俘虏能被救出吗？然而耶和华如此说：“就算是勇士的俘虏，也必被夺回；强横者的掳物，也必被救出。与你争斗的，我必亲自与他争斗；至于你的儿女，我必亲自拯救。

我要把仇恨放在你和女人之间，放在你的后裔和女人的后裔之间；女人的后裔要重创你的头，而你要重创他的脚跟。”

孩子们哪，你们属于神，而且你们已经胜过了假先知们，因为那在你们里面的，比那在世界上的更大。

继续犯罪的人属于魔鬼，因为魔鬼从起初就一直犯罪。为此，神的儿子显现了，是为了废除魔鬼的作为。

到那日，耶和华必用他严酷、巨大、有力的刀，惩罚利维亚坦，就是那逃窜的蛇；惩罚利维亚坦，就是那蜷曲的蛇；并且杀死海中的巨兽。

这从以东的波斯拉而来，穿深红色衣服的是谁呢？这衣着尊贵，以强大能力前行的是谁呢？“就是我，是我藉着公义说话，以大能施行拯救。”你的衣着为什么赤红呢？你的衣服为什么像榨酒池中踹酒之人的呢？“我独自踹酒槽，万民中没有一人与我在一起。我在怒气中踹他们，在怒火中踩踏他们；他们的血水溅在我的衣服上，我把全身的衣服都染污了；因为报复之日已在我心中，我的救赎之年已经来到。

神既然剥夺了那些统治者和掌权者的权势，就公开羞辱他们；藉着基督向他们夸胜了。

接着，我看见一位天使从天上降下来，手里拿着无底坑的钥匙和一条大锁链。他抓住了龙——那古蛇，就是魔鬼撒旦，把它捆绑了一千年。这位天使把它丢进无底坑里，关上了无底坑，并用印封上，使它不能再迷惑列国，直到那一千年完结。这些事以后，它必须暂时被释放。
