勇士搶去的能奪回來嗎？暴君擄走的能救回來嗎？但耶和華說：「勇士擄去的必被奪回，暴君搶去的必被救出。我必與你的敵人爭戰，拯救你的兒女。

我要使你和女人結仇，你的後代和女人的後代也要彼此為仇，女人的後代必傷你的頭，你必傷他的腳跟。」

孩子們，你們屬於上帝，你們已經勝過了那些假先知，因為在你們裡面的聖靈比在世上運行的邪靈更有能力。

一直犯罪的人是屬魔鬼的，因為魔鬼從起初便犯罪，但上帝兒子的顯現是為了摧毀魔鬼的工作。

到那日，耶和華必用祂無堅不摧的利劍懲罰巨龍——那飛快、曲行的蛇。祂必殺死那海中的怪物。

這位身披紅衣、穿著華麗、充滿力量、從以東的波斯拉闊步而來的是誰呢？「是宣告公義、有拯救大能的我。」你的衣服為何是紅色的，好像榨酒池中踩踏葡萄者的衣服？「我獨自在榨酒池踩踏，萬民中無人跟我在一起。我在憤怒中踩踏他們，在烈怒中踐踏他們；他們的血濺到我的衣服上，染紅了我的衣服。我心中定了報仇的日子，我救贖我子民之年已經來臨。

打敗了一切在靈界執政、掌權的邪惡勢力，用基督在十字架上的勝利公開羞辱牠們。

我又看見一位天使從天而降，手裡拿著無底坑的鑰匙和一條大鎖鏈。他捉住巨龍，就是那古蛇——魔鬼，又名撒旦，將牠捆綁一千年。他把牠扔進無底坑裡關起來，加上封印，使牠不能再欺騙各國的人。一千年期滿後，牠會暫時被釋放。
