內中卻有人說：「他是靠着鬼王別西卜趕鬼。」

其中卻有人說：「他是靠着鬼王別西卜趕鬼。」

其中卻有人說：「他是靠着鬼王別西卜趕鬼。」

有人卻說：「祂是靠鬼王別西卜趕鬼。」

有人說：“他靠鬼王別西卜趕鬼。”

但他們中間卻有人說：『他趕鬼是靠着鬼王別西卜趕的。』

但其中有些人卻說：「他是靠鬼魔的王別西卜驅趕鬼魔的。」

中有數人曰、彼藉鬼王別西卜逐鬼耳、

有數人曰、彼藉鬼王別西卜以逐鬼耳、

中有數人曰、彼逐魔、無非賴魔王別西卜耳、

惟有人則曰：『彼之袪鬼、乃恃魔王白責布爾之力也。』

But some of them said,“ By Beelzebul, the prince of demons, he is driving out demons.”

But some of them said,“ Jesus is driving out demons by the power of Beelzebul, the prince of demons.”

But some of them said,“ He casts out demons by Beelzebul, the prince of demons,”

but some of them said,“ No wonder he can cast out demons. He gets his power from Satan, the prince of demons.”

But some of them said,“ He drives out demons by Beelzebul, the ruler of the demons.”

But some of them said,“ He casts out demons by Beelzebub, the ruler of the demons.”

But some of them said, By Beelzebub the prince of the demons casteth he out demons.

But some of them said,“ He drives out demons by Beelzebul, the ruler of the demons!”

But some of them said, He casteth out devils through Beelzebub the chief of the devils.

But some of them said,“ By the power of Beelzebul, the ruler of demons, he casts out demons.”

But some of them said,“ He casts out demons by Beelzebul, the prince of the demons.”

But the Pharisees were saying,“ He casts out the demons by the ruler of the demons.”

The scribes who came down from Jerusalem were saying,“ He is possessed by Beelzebul,” and“ He casts out the demons by the ruler of the demons.”And so He called them to Himself and began speaking to them in parables:“ How can Satan cast out Satan?And if a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.If a house is divided against itself, that house will not be able to stand.And if Satan has risen up against himself and is divided, he cannot stand, but he is finished!But no one can enter the strong man’s house and plunder his property unless he first ties up the strong man, and then he will plunder his house.“ Truly I say to you, all sins will be forgiven the sons and daughters of men, and whatever blasphemies they commit;but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin”—because they were saying,“ He has an unclean spirit.”

The Jews answered and said to Him,“ Do we not rightly say that You are a Samaritan, and You have a demon?”

But when the Pharisees heard this, they said,“ This man casts out demons only by Beelzebul the ruler of the demons.”And knowing their thoughts, Jesus said to them,“ Every kingdom divided against itself is laid waste; and no city or house divided against itself will stand.And if Satan is casting out Satan, he has become divided against himself; how then will his kingdom stand?And if by Beelzebul I cast out the demons, by whom do your sons cast them out? Therefore, they will be your judges.But if I cast out the demons by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God has come upon you.Or, how can anyone enter the strong man’s house and carry off his property, unless he first ties up the strong man? And then he will plunder his house.The one who is not with Me is against Me; and the one who does not gather with Me scatters.

The Jews said to Him,“ Now we know that You have a demon. Abraham died, and the prophets as well; and yet You say,‘ If anyone follows My word, he will never taste of death.’

Many of them were saying,“ He has a demon and is insane. Why do you listen to Him?”

It is enough for the disciple that he may become like his teacher, and the slave like his master. If they have called the head of the house Beelzebul, how much more will they insult the members of his household!

And if Satan also has been divided against himself, how will his kingdom stand? For you claim that I cast out the demons by Beelzebul.Yet if by Beelzebul I cast out the demons, by whom do your sons cast them out? Therefore, they will be your judges.

The crowd answered,“ You have a demon! Who is seeking to kill You?”
