但其中有些人却说：“他是靠鬼魔的王别西卜驱赶鬼魔的。”

內中卻有人說：「他是靠着鬼王別西卜趕鬼。」

其中卻有人說：「他是靠着鬼王別西卜趕鬼。」

其中卻有人說：「他是靠着鬼王別西卜趕鬼。」

有人卻說：「祂是靠鬼王別西卜趕鬼。」

有人說：“他靠鬼王別西卜趕鬼。”

但他們中間卻有人說：『他趕鬼是靠着鬼王別西卜趕的。』

但其中有些人卻說：「他是靠鬼魔的王別西卜驅趕鬼魔的。」

中有數人曰、彼藉鬼王別西卜逐鬼耳、

有數人曰、彼藉鬼王別西卜以逐鬼耳、

中有數人曰、彼逐魔、無非賴魔王別西卜耳、

惟有人則曰：『彼之袪鬼、乃恃魔王白責布爾之力也。』

But some of them said,“ By Beelzebul, the prince of demons, he is driving out demons.”

But some of them said,“ Jesus is driving out demons by the power of Beelzebul, the prince of demons.”

but some of them said,“ No wonder he can cast out demons. He gets his power from Satan, the prince of demons.”

But some of them said,“ He drives out demons by Beelzebul, the ruler of the demons.”

But some of them said,“ He casts out the demons by Beelzebul, the ruler of the demons.”

But some of them said,“ He casts out demons by Beelzebub, the ruler of the demons.”

But some of them said, By Beelzebub the prince of the demons casteth he out demons.

But some of them said,“ He drives out demons by Beelzebul, the ruler of the demons!”

But some of them said, He casteth out devils through Beelzebub the chief of the devils.

But some of them said,“ By the power of Beelzebul, the ruler of demons, he casts out demons.”

But some of them said,“ He casts out demons by Beelzebul, the prince of the demons.”

But the Pharisees said,“ He casts out demons by the prince of demons.”

And the scribes who came down from Jerusalem were saying,“ He is possessed by Beelzebul,” and“ by the prince of demons he casts out the demons.”And he called them to him and said to them in parables,“ How can Satan cast out Satan?If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.And if a house is divided against itself, that house will not be able to stand.And if Satan has risen up against himself and is divided, he cannot stand, but is coming to an end.But no one can enter a strong man’s house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man. Then indeed he may plunder his house.“ Truly, I say to you, all sins will be forgiven the children of man, and whatever blasphemies they utter,but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin”—for they were saying,“ He has an unclean spirit.”

The Jews answered him,“ Are we not right in saying that you are a Samaritan and have a demon?”

But when the Pharisees heard it, they said,“ It is only by Beelzebul, the prince of demons, that this man casts out demons.”Knowing their thoughts, he said to them,“ Every kingdom divided against itself is laid waste, and no city or house divided against itself will stand.And if Satan casts out Satan, he is divided against himself. How then will his kingdom stand?And if I cast out demons by Beelzebul, by whom do your sons cast them out? Therefore they will be your judges.But if it is by the Spirit of God that I cast out demons, then the kingdom of God has come upon you.Or how can someone enter a strong man’s house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man? Then indeed he may plunder his house.Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters.

The Jews said to him,“ Now we know that you have a demon! Abraham died, as did the prophets, yet you say,‘ If anyone keeps my word, he will never taste death.’

Many of them said,“ He has a demon, and is insane; why listen to him?”

It is enough for the disciple to be like his teacher, and the servant like his master. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebul, how much more will they malign those of his household.

And if Satan also is divided against himself, how will his kingdom stand? For you say that I cast out demons by Beelzebul.And if I cast out demons by Beelzebul, by whom do your sons cast them out? Therefore they will be your judges.

The crowd answered,“ You have a demon! Who is seeking to kill you?”
