所以，如果你们做为恶人也知道把好的东西给自己的儿女，更何况天上的父要赐圣灵给求他的人呢！”

這樣，你們雖然不好，尚且曉得把好贈品給你們的兒女，何況天上的父、豈不更要將聖靈給求他的人麼？』

所以，如果你們做為惡人也知道把好的東西給自己的兒女，更何況天上的父要賜聖靈給求他的人呢！」

爾曹雖不善、尚知以嘉貺予爾子、況天父不更以聖神予求之者乎、○

爾曹惡人、尚知以善物與子、何況天父、不更以聖神與求之者乎、○

爾曹雖不善、尚知以善物予子、何況天主、不更以聖神予求之者乎、○

夫以爾等罪人、尚知以嘉惠賜爾兒女；況在爾之天父、有不更以聖神賦予求之者乎！』

If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!”

For if the ministration of condemnation hath glory, much rather doth the ministration of righteousness exceed in glory.For verily that which hath been made glorious hath not been made glorious in this respect, by reason of the glory that surpasseth.For if that which passeth away was with glory, much more that which remaineth is in glory.

that ye may be sons of your Father who is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sendeth rain on the just and the unjust.

For after all these things do the Gentiles seek; for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.

Much more then, being now justified by his blood, shall we be saved from the wrath of God through him.For if, while we were enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, shall we be saved by his life;

Even so let your light shine before men; that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.

Furthermore, we had the fathers of our flesh to chasten us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live?For they indeed for a few days chastened us as seemed good to them; but he for our profit, that we may be partakers of his holiness.

But if God doth so clothe the grass of the field, which to- day is, and to- morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?

For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.

but when this thy son came, who hath devoured thy living with harlots, thou killedst for him the fatted calf.And he said unto him, Son, thou art ever with me, and all that is mine is thine.But it was meet to make merry and be glad: for this thy brother was dead, and is alive again; and was lost, and is found.

And he said unto them, When ye pray, say, Father, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come.

And Jehovah smelled the sweet savor; and Jehovah said in his heart, I will not again curse the ground any more for man’s sake, for that the imagination of man’s heart is evil from his youth; neither will I again smite any more everything living, as I have done.

For if, by the trespass of the one, death reigned through the one; much more shall they that receive the abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness reign in life through the one, even Jesus Christ.

For I know that in me, that is, in my flesh, dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me, but to do that which is good is not.

What is man, that he should be clean? And he that is born of a woman, that he should be righteous?Behold, he putteth no trust in his holy ones; Yea, the heavens are not clean in his sight:How much less one that is abominable and corrupt, A man that drinketh iniquity like water!

Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity; And in sin did my mother conceive me.

And Jehovah saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.And it repented Jehovah that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.

For we also once were foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, hating one another.
