Now in the neighboring parts of that place were lands belonging to the leading man of the island, named Publius, who welcomed us and entertained us warmly for three days.And it happened that the father of Publius was lying in bed afflicted with a recurring fever and dysentery. Paul went in to see him, and after he prayed, he laid his hands on him and healed him.After this happened, the rest of the people on the island who had diseases were coming to him and being cured.They also showed us many honors, and when we were about to set sail, they supplied us with everything we needed.

And He sent them out to proclaim the kingdom of God and to perform healing.

preaching the kingdom of God and teaching things about the Lord Jesus Christ with all openness, unhindered.

Now He was questioned by the Pharisees as to when the kingdom of God was coming, and He answered them and said,“ The kingdom of God is not coming with signs that can be observed;nor will they say,‘ Look, here it is!’ or,‘ There it is!’ For behold, the kingdom of God is in your midst.”

Therefore, let it be known to you that this salvation of God has been sent to the Gentiles; they will also listen.”

And in the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which will never be destroyed, and that kingdom will not be left for another people; it will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, but it will itself endure forever.

From that time Jesus began to preach and say,“ Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”

And as you go, preach, saying,‘ The kingdom of heaven has come near.’Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those with leprosy, cast out demons. Freely you received, freely give.

And He was saying,“ How shall we picture the kingdom of God, or by what parable shall we present it?

Jesus responded and said to him,“ Truly, truly, I say to you, unless someone is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

And they were casting out many demons and were anointing with oil many sick people and healing them.
