願賜平安的主，常常以各種方法親自賜給你們平安！願主與你們大家同在！

因為在神面前，無論在得救的人中間，還是在滅亡的人中間，我們都是基督的馨香：對滅亡的人，我們是死亡的香氣以至於死亡；對得救的人，我們是生命的香氣以至於生命。對這些事，到底誰配得上呢？

在其中，你們從前行事為人，是順著這世界的潮流，順著那空中勢力的掌權者，就是現今在那些不信從的兒女裡面做工的靈。我們從前也都生活在他們中間，生活在自己肉體的欲望裡，行肉體和意念所願的事。我們正如其他人，生來也是震怒之下的兒女。

而我在他們患病的時候，以麻布為衣袍，以禁食刻苦己心，心中一再禱告。

不要讓任何人用虛空的話把你們欺騙了；正是為了這些，神的震怒就臨到那些不信從的兒女身上。

並且義行的果子，是由那些締造和平的人，在和平中種下的。

因為有一嬰孩為我們而生，有一兒子賜給我們。政權必擔在他的肩上，他的名必稱為「奇妙的謀士」、「全能的神」、「永恆的父」、「和平的君」，

現在請你想好，看看該做什麼，因為災禍一定會臨到我們主人和他的全家。他是個惡劣的人，無法與他說話。」
