He replied,“ I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven.

Jesus replied,“ I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven.

And he said to them,“ I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven.

“ Yes,” he told them,“ I saw Satan fall from heaven like lightning!

He said to them,“ I watched Satan fall from heaven like lightning.

And he said unto them, I beheld Satan fallen as lightning from heaven.

He said to them,“ I saw Satan having fallen like lightning from heaven.

Then war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon. The dragon and his angels also fought,but he could not prevail, and there was no place for them in heaven any longer.So the great dragon was thrown out— the ancient serpent, who is called the Devil and Satan, the one who deceives the whole world. He was thrown to earth, and his angels with him.

Shining morning star, how you have fallen from the heavens! You destroyer of nations, you have been cut down to the ground.

The fifth angel blew his trumpet, and I saw a star that had fallen from heaven to earth. The key to the shaft of the abyss was given to him.

Then Jesus told him,“ Go away, Satan! For it is written: Worship the Lord your God, and serve only Him.”

and about judgment, because the ruler of this world has been judged.

He seized the dragon, that ancient serpent who is the Devil and Satan, and bound him for 1,000 years.

Now is the judgment of this world. Now the ruler of this world will be cast out.

Now since the children have flesh and blood in common, Jesus also shared in these, so that through His death He might destroy the one holding the power of death— that is, the Devil—
