Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying,“ I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.”

I will bring the blind by a way they did not know; I will lead them in paths they have not known. I will make darkness light before them, And crooked places straight. These things I will do for them, And not forsake them.

Arise, shine; For your light has come! Indeed He says,‘ It is too small a thing that You should be My Servant To raise up the tribes of Jacob, And to restore the preserved ones of Israel; I will also give You as a light to the Gentiles, That You should be My salvation to the ends of the earth.’”

“ There is no peace,” says the Lord,“ for the wicked.”

That was the true Light which gives light to every man coming into the world.

Her ways are ways of pleasantness, And all her paths are peace.

A light to bring revelation to the Gentiles, And the glory of Your people Israel.”

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.

But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief.You are all sons of light and sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of darkness.

I traverse the way of righteousness, In the midst of the paths of justice,

May darkness and the shadow of death claim it; May a cloud settle on it; May the blackness of the day terrify it.

Mercy and truth have met together; Righteousness and peace have kissed.Truth shall spring out of the earth, And righteousness shall look down from heaven.Yes, the Lord will give what is good; And our land will yield its increase.Righteousness will go before Him, And shall make His footsteps our pathway.
