摩西說：「這是耶和華吩咐你們所當行的；耶和華的榮光就要向你們顯現。」

可拉招聚全會眾到會幕門前，要攻擊摩西、亞倫；耶和華的榮光就向全會眾顯現。

會眾聚集攻擊摩西、亞倫的時候，向會幕觀看，不料，有雲彩遮蓋了，耶和華的榮光顯現。

百姓等候撒迦利亞，詫異他許久在殿裏。及至他出來，不能和他們說話，他們就知道他在殿裏見了異象；因為他直向他們打手式，竟成了啞巴。

但全會眾說：「拿石頭打死他們二人。」忽然，耶和華的榮光在會幕中向以色列眾人顯現。

因為基督並不是進了人手所造的聖所（這不過是真聖所的影像），乃是進了天堂，如今為我們顯在神面前；也不是多次將自己獻上，像那大祭司每年帶着牛羊的血進入聖所，如果這樣，他從創世以來，就必多次受苦了。但如今在這末世顯現一次，把自己獻為祭，好除掉罪。按着定命，人人都有一死，死後且有審判。像這樣，基督既然一次被獻，擔當了多人的罪，將來要向那等候他的人第二次顯現，並與罪無關，乃是為拯救他們。
