He put all these in the hands of Aaron and his sons, and they waved them before the Lord as a wave offering.

It shall not be eaten, because it is holy.“ Thus you shall do to Aaron and to his sons, according to all that I have commanded you. Through seven days shall you ordain them,and every day you shall offer a bull as a sin offering for atonement. Also you shall purify the altar, when you make atonement for it, and shall anoint it to consecrate it.Seven days you shall make atonement for the altar and consecrate it, and the altar shall be most holy. Whatever touches the altar shall become holy.

His own hands shall bring the Lord’s food offerings. He shall bring the fat with the breast, that the breast may be waved as a wave offering before the Lord.The priest shall burn the fat on the altar, but the breast shall be for Aaron and his sons.

Their prince shall be one of themselves; their ruler shall come out from their midst; I will make him draw near, and he shall approach me, for who would dare of himself to approach me? declares the Lord.

how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without blemish to God, purify our conscience from dead works to serve the living God.
