Don’t you know that those who perform the temple services eat the food from the temple, and those who serve at the altar share in the offerings of the altar?

Let the one who is taught the word share all his good things with the teacher.

Who serves as a soldier at his own expense? Who plants a vineyard and does not eat its fruit? Or who shepherds a flock and does not drink the milk from the flock?

Aaron and his sons may eat the rest of it. It is to be eaten in the form of unleavened bread in a holy place; they are to eat it in the courtyard of the tent of meeting.It must not be baked with yeast; I have assigned it as their portion from my food offerings. It is especially holy, like the sin offering and the guilt offering.Any male among Aaron’s descendants may eat it. It is a permanent portion throughout your generations from the food offerings to the LORD. Anything that touches the offerings will become holy.”

But the rest of the grain offering will belong to Aaron and his sons; it is the holiest part of the food offerings to the LORD.“ When you present a grain offering baked in an oven, it is to be made of fine flour, either unleavened cakes mixed with oil or unleavened wafers coated with oil.If your offering is a grain offering prepared on a griddle, it is to be unleavened bread made of fine flour mixed with oil.Break it into pieces and pour oil on it; it is a grain offering.If your offering is a grain offering prepared in a pan, it is to be made of fine flour with oil.

In this way the priest will make atonement on his behalf concerning the sin he has committed in any of these cases, and he will be forgiven. The rest will belong to the priest, like the grain offering.”
