你和你的兒子要謹守祭司的職分，負責一切關於祭壇和幔子內的事。我把祭司的職分賜給你們，作為賞賜好事奉我；凡挨近的外人必被處死。」耶和華吩咐亞倫說：「看哪，我已將歸我的舉祭，就是以色列人一切分別為聖之物，交給你照管；我把受膏的份賜給你和你的子孫，作為永遠當得的份。這是至聖供物中所給你的，一切獻給我為至聖的素祭、贖罪祭、贖愆祭，其中所有不被火燒的供物，都要歸你和你的子孫。你要把它當作至聖之物吃；凡男丁都可以吃。你要以這祭物為聖。這也是你的，以色列人所獻的舉祭和搖祭，我已賜給你和你的兒女，作為永遠當得的份；你家中任何潔淨的人都可以吃。凡最好的新油、最好的新酒和五穀，就是以色列人獻給耶和華的初熟之物，我都賜給你。凡他們從地上所帶來給耶和華的初熟之物也都要歸給你。你家中任何潔淨的人都可以吃。以色列中一切永獻的都必歸給你。他們所有奉給耶和華的，無論是人是牲畜，凡頭胎的，都要歸給你；但是人的長子，一定要贖出來。不潔淨牲畜中頭生的，也要贖出來。其中一個月以上所當贖的，要照你的估價，按聖所的舍客勒，付五舍客勒銀子將他贖回，一舍客勒是二十季拉。但是頭生的牛，或頭生的綿羊，或頭生的山羊，卻不可贖，因為牠們都是聖的。要把牠們的血灑在祭壇上，把牠們的脂肪焚燒，當作馨香的火祭獻給耶和華。牠們的肉必歸你，像被搖的胸、被舉的右腿歸你一樣。凡以色列人所獻給耶和華聖物中的舉祭，我都賜給你和你的兒女，作為永遠當得的份。這要成為你和你的後裔在耶和華面前永遠的鹽約。

「你要從以色列人中，叫你的哥哥亞倫和他的兒子拿答、亞比戶、以利亞撒、以他瑪一同親近你，作事奉我的祭司。

上帝所差來的說上帝的話，因為上帝所賜給他的聖靈是沒有限量的。

主耶和華的靈在我身上，因為耶和華用膏膏我，叫我報好信息給貧窮的人，差遣我醫好傷心的人，報告被擄的得釋放，被捆綁的得自由；

你們從那聖者受了恩膏，並且你們大家都知道。

到那日，亞述王的重擔必離開你的肩頭，他的軛必離開你的頸項；那軛必因肥壯而撐斷。」

摩西用膏油抹帳幕和其中所有的，使它們成為聖。他又用膏油在祭壇上彈了七次，抹了壇和壇的一切器皿，以及洗濯盆和盆座，使它們成為聖。他把膏油倒在亞倫的頭上膏他，使他成為聖。

你要取些膏油和壇上的血，彈在亞倫和他的衣服上，以及他兒子和他們的衣服上；亞倫和他的衣服，他兒子和他們的衣服都成為聖了。

把膏油倒在他頭上膏他。

要給亞倫穿上聖衣，又膏他，使他分別為聖，作事奉我的祭司。又要帶他的兒子來，給他們穿上內袍。你怎樣膏他們的父親，也要照樣膏他們，使他們成為事奉我的祭司。他們受了膏，就必世世代代永遠得祭司的職分。」

摩西取些膏油和壇上的血，彈在亞倫和他的衣服上，以及他兒子和他們的衣服上，使亞倫和他的衣服，他兒子和他們的衣服都成為聖。
