我所喜悦的禁食，难道不是以下这样吗？松开邪恶的锁链，解开轭上的绳索，使被欺压的人得自由，折断一切的轭，

如果窃贼实在饥饿，为了充饥而偷窃，人们不会藐视他；但如果他被发现，就要偿还七倍，甚至要交出家里一切的财物。

所以，如果你在祭坛献上祭物的时候，在那里想起弟兄向你怀着怨，就要把祭物留在祭坛前，先去与弟兄和好，然后再回来献上你的祭物。

那时你呼求，耶和华必回应；你呼救，他必说：‘我在这里。’如果你除去你当中的轭，除去对人的指摘和恶毒的言谈；
