“ This is the offering Aaron and his sons are to bring to the Lord on the day he is anointed: a tenth of an ephah of the finest flour as a regular grain offering, half of it in the morning and half in the evening.

“ On the day each high priest in Aaron’s family line is anointed, he must bring an offering to me. He must bring three and a half pounds of the finest flour as a regular grain offering. He must bring half of it in the morning. He must bring the other half in the evening.

“ This is the offering that Aaron and his sons shall offer to the Lord on the day when he is anointed: a tenth of an ephah of fine flour as a regular grain offering, half of it in the morning and half in the evening.

“ On the day Aaron and his sons are anointed, they must present to the Lord the standard grain offering of two quarts of choice flour, half to be offered in the morning and half to be offered in the evening.

“ This is the offering that Aaron and his sons are to present to the LORD on the day that he is anointed: two quarts of fine flour as a regular grain offering, half of it in the morning and half in the evening.

“ This is the offering which Aaron and his sons are to present to the Lord on the day when he is anointed; the tenth of an ephah of fine flour as a regular grain offering, half of it in the morning and half of it in the evening.

“ This is the offering of Aaron and his sons, which they shall offer to the Lord, beginning on the day when he is anointed: one-tenth of an ephah of fine flour as a daily grain offering, half of it in the morning and half of it at night.

This is the oblation of Aaron and of his sons, which they shall offer unto Jehovah in the day when he is anointed: the tenth part of an ephah of fine flour for a meal- offering perpetually, half of it in the morning, and half thereof in the evening.

從人間選出來的大祭司，都是受委任代表人辦理與上帝有關的事，為人的罪向上帝獻上禮物和贖罪祭。

「你要照我的吩咐，為亞倫父子們舉行授聖職禮，歷時七天。每天要獻一頭公牛作贖罪祭潔淨祭壇，然後用膏油抹祭壇，使祭壇聖潔。你們連續七天都要這樣做，這樣祭壇便完全聖潔，凡是碰到祭壇的都變得聖潔。「你們每天要獻上兩隻一歲的羊羔作燔祭。一隻在早晨獻上，另一隻在黃昏獻上。要用一公斤細麵粉調一升橄欖油做成素祭，與早晨獻的羊羔一同獻上，再獻上一升酒作奠祭。另一隻羊要在黃昏的時候獻上，所獻的素祭和奠祭要跟早晨的一樣，作為蒙耶和華悅納的馨香火祭。「你們世世代代要不斷地在我面前獻上燔祭，祭禮要在會幕門前舉行，這會幕就是我跟你們會面和交談的地方。

「你把以下條例告訴利未人。「你們從以色列人手中得到我賜給你們作產業的十分之一後，要從中取出十分之一作為舉祭獻給耶和華，這就算作你們獻上了麥場的五穀和榨酒池的酒。這樣，你們要從以色列人給你們的十分之一中，拿出一部分獻給耶和華作舉祭，將這舉祭歸給亞倫祭司。你們要把所得之物中至聖至好的獻給耶和華作舉祭。「你要告訴利未人，『你們奉獻了最好的以後，其餘的算作你們麥場上的五穀和榨酒池的酒，你們和家人可以在任何地方吃，因為這些是你們在會幕司職的酬勞。你們獻上最好的以後，就不會獲罪了。你們不可褻瀆以色列人獻上的聖物，免得死亡。』」

「如果有人獻素祭給耶和華，要用細麵粉作祭物。要在細麵粉上澆油、加乳香，帶到祭司——亞倫的子孫那裡。祭司要抓一把澆了油的細麵粉，連同所有乳香，作為象徵放在壇上焚燒。這是蒙耶和華悅納的馨香火祭。剩下的素祭要歸亞倫及其子孫，這在獻給耶和華的火祭中是至聖的。「如果獻用爐子烤的素祭，要獻調油的無酵細麵餅，或塗油的無酵薄餅。「如果獻用平底鍋烤的素祭，要獻調油的無酵細麵餅。要把餅掰成碎塊，澆上油。這是素祭。「如果獻用煎鍋煎的素祭，要獻用細麵粉和油做的祭物。「要把做好的素祭帶到耶和華面前，交給祭司獻在祭壇上。祭司要從中取出一部分，作為象徵放在祭壇上焚燒。這是蒙耶和華悅納的馨香火祭。剩下的素祭要歸亞倫及其子孫。在獻給耶和華的火祭中，這是至聖之物。「獻給耶和華的任何素祭都不可含酵，因為你們不可把酵或蜜當作火祭獻給耶和華。你們可以把酵和蜜作為初熟之祭獻給耶和華，但不可作為馨香之祭燒在祭壇上。所有素祭中都要放鹽，藉此提醒你們與上帝所立的約。所有祭物中都要放鹽。「如果將初熟的穀物獻給耶和華作素祭，要用烘好後壓碎的新麥穗，加上油和乳香。這是素祭。祭司要將一些壓碎的麥穗、油及所有乳香作為象徵焚燒。這是獻給耶和華的火祭。」
