Any male descendant of Aaron may eat it. For all generations to come it is his perpetual share of the food offerings presented to the Lord. Whatever touches them will become holy.’”

你要對他們說：你們世世代代的後裔，凡身上有污穢、親近以色列人所分別為聖、歸耶和華聖物的，那人必在我面前剪除。我是耶和華。亞倫的後裔，凡長大痲瘋的，或是有漏症的，不可吃聖物，直等他潔淨了。無論誰摸那因死屍不潔淨的物，或是遺精的人，或是摸甚麼使他不潔淨的爬物，或是摸那使他不潔淨的人（不拘那人有甚麼不潔淨），摸了這些人、物的，必不潔淨到晚上；若不用水洗身，就不可吃聖物。日落的時候，他就潔淨了，然後可以吃聖物，因為這是他的食物。 (cunpt)

當那日，馬的鈴鐺上必有「歸耶和華為聖」的這句話。耶和華殿內的鍋必如祭壇前的碗一樣。凡耶路撒冷和猶大的鍋都必歸萬軍之耶和華為聖。凡獻祭的都必來取這鍋，煮肉在其中。當那日，在萬軍之耶和華的殿中必不再有迦南人。 (cunpt)

說：若有人用衣襟兜聖肉，這衣襟挨着餅，或湯，或酒，或油，或別的食物，便算為聖嗎？」祭司說：「不算為聖。」哈該又說：「若有人因摸死屍染了污穢，然後挨着這些物的哪一樣，這物算污穢嗎？」祭司說：「必算污穢。」於是哈該說：「耶和華說：這民這國，在我面前也是如此；他們手下的各樣工作都是如此；他們在壇上所獻的也是如此。」 (cunpt)
