他們要把祭壇上的灰收起來，將紫紅色的布鋪在壇上；再把供職對壇所用的一切器具、就是火鼎、鍤子、鏟子、碗：祭壇的一切器具、都擺在上面，又蓋上塔哈示皮，然後把杠穿上。

他要從平安祭中取為火祭、獻與永恆主，供獻其中的脂肪、整個的肥尾巴、要在靠近脊骨的地方取下來；蓋臟腑的脂肪、和臟腑上的一切脂肪、兩個腰子、和腰子上的脂肪、靠近腰兩旁的脂肪、和肝上的附屬物、連腰子、都要取下來。祭司要給燻在祭壇上做食物、做火祭獻與永恆主。

『以下就是你所要獻在祭壇上的：每天兩隻一歲以內的綿羊羔、不斷地獻上。一隻綿羊羔你要在早晨獻上，另一隻綿羊羔你要在傍晚時分獻上。你要將一伊法的十分之一的細麵、用搗成的油一欣的四分之一調和的、跟這一隻綿羊羔一同獻上；也要用酒一欣的四分之一作為奠祭。那另一隻綿羊羔要在傍晚時分獻上，按早晨的素祭和它的奠祭禮一樣辦理，做怡神的香氣、獻與永恆主的火祭。這要做你們世世代代不斷的燔祭、獻在永恆主面前、會棚的出入處、因為在那裏我要和你們相會、在那裏我要對你們說話。

他要取這祭牲、做火祭獻與永恆主，供獻蓋臟腑的脂肪和臟腑上的一切脂肪、兩個腰子、和腰子上的脂肪、靠近腰兩旁的脂肪、和肝上的附屬物、連腰子、都要取下來。祭司要給燻在祭壇上做食物做火祭、做怡神之香氣：一切脂肪都是屬於永恆主的。

在那裏、其蟲子不死，那火也不滅。因為各人都必須被火所醃。
