And they shall take away the ashes from the altar and spread a purple cloth over it.And they shall put on it all the utensils of the altar, which are used for the service there, the fire pans, the forks, the shovels, and the basins, all the utensils of the altar; and they shall spread on it a covering of goatskin, and shall put in its poles.

Then from the sacrifice of the peace offering he shall offer as a food offering to the Lord its fat; he shall remove the whole fat tail, cut off close to the backbone, and the fat that covers the entrails and all the fat that is on the entrailsand the two kidneys with the fat that is on them at the loins and the long lobe of the liver that he shall remove with the kidneys.And the priest shall burn it on the altar as a food offering to the Lord.

“ Now this is what you shall offer on the altar: two lambs a year old day by day regularly.One lamb you shall offer in the morning, and the other lamb you shall offer at twilight.And with the first lamb a tenth measure of fine flour mingled with a fourth of a hin of beaten oil, and a fourth of a hin of wine for a drink offering.The other lamb you shall offer at twilight, and shall offer with it a grain offering and its drink offering, as in the morning, for a pleasing aroma, a food offering to the Lord.It shall be a regular burnt offering throughout your generations at the entrance of the tent of meeting before the Lord, where I will meet with you, to speak to you there.

Then he shall offer from it, as his offering for a food offering to the Lord, the fat covering the entrails and all the fat that is on the entrailsand the two kidneys with the fat that is on them at the loins and the long lobe of the liver that he shall remove with the kidneys.And the priest shall burn them on the altar as a food offering with a pleasing aroma. All fat is the Lord’s.

‘ where their worm does not die and the fire is not quenched.’For everyone will be salted with fire.

and I provided for the wood offering at appointed times, and for the firstfruits. Remember me, O my God, for good.
