“‘ If he can’t afford a lamb, then he shall bring his trespass offering for that in which he has sinned, two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, to Yahweh; one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering.

如其資財、不足備羔、則必緣其所犯之罪、攜鳲鳩二、或雛鴿二、詣耶和華前、一為贖罪之祭、一為燔祭、

如不能備羔、則必攜鳲鳩、或雛鴿二、獻於我前、一為贖罪、一為燔祭、

若無力獻羊、則可因其所犯之罪、用二鳲鳩、或二雛鴿、獻於主為贖愆祭、一為贖罪祭、一為火焚祭、

“‘ Anyone who cannot afford a lamb is to bring two doves or two young pigeons to the Lord as a penalty for their sin— one for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering.

“‘ Suppose they can’t afford a lamb. Then they must get two doves or two young pigeons. They must bring them to the Lord to pay for their sin. One of them is for a sin offering. The other is for a burnt offering.

“ But if he cannot afford a lamb, then he shall bring to the Lord as his compensation for the sin that he has committed two turtledoves or two pigeons, one for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering.

“ But if you cannot afford to bring a sheep, you may bring to the Lord two turtledoves or two young pigeons as the penalty for your sin. One of the birds will be for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering.

“ But if he cannot afford an animal from the flock, then he may bring to the LORD two turtledoves or two young pigeons as penalty for guilt for his sin— one as a sin offering and the other as a burnt offering.

‘ But if he cannot afford a lamb, then he shall bring to the Lord his guilt offering for that in which he has sinned, two turtledoves or two young doves, one as a sin offering and the other as a burnt offering.

‘ If he is not able to bring a lamb, then he shall bring to the Lord, for his trespass which he has committed, two turtledoves or two young pigeons: one as a sin offering and the other as a burnt offering.

And if his means suffice not for a lamb, then he shall bring his trespass- offering for that wherein he hath sinned, two turtle- doves, or two young pigeons, unto Jehovah; one for a sin- offering, and the other for a burnt- offering.

“ But if he cannot afford an animal from the flock, then he may bring to the Lord two turtledoves or two young pigeons as restitution for his sin— one as a sin offering and the other as a burnt offering.

And if he be not able to bring a lamb, then he shall bring for his trespass, which he hath committed, two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, unto the LORD; one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering.

“‘ If he cannot afford an animal from the flock, he must bring his penalty for guilt for his sin that he has committed, two turtledoves or two young pigeons, to the LORD, one for a sin offering and one for a burnt offering.

If she cannot afford a lamb, then she shall take two turtledoves or two young pigeons: the one for a burnt offering, and the other for a sin offering. The priest shall make atonement for her, and she shall be clean.’”

of the kind he is able to afford, the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering, with the meal offering. The priest shall make atonement for him who is to be cleansed before Yahweh.”

He shall bring them to the priest, who shall first offer the one which is for the sin offering. He shall wring off its head from its neck, but shall not sever it completely.He shall sprinkle some of the blood of the sin offering on the side of the altar; and the rest of the blood shall be drained out at the base of the altar. It is a sin offering.

“ If he is poor, and can’t afford so much, then he shall take one male lamb for a trespass offering to be waved, to make atonement for him, and one tenth of an ephah of fine flour mixed with oil for a meal offering, and a log of oil;and two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, such as he is able to afford; and the one shall be a sin offering, and the other a burnt offering.

and to offer a sacrifice according to that which is said in the law of the Lord,“ A pair of turtledoves, or two young pigeons.”

You shall speak to the children of Israel, saying,‘ Take a male goat for a sin offering; and a calf and a lamb, both a year old, without defect, for a burnt offering;

The priest shall offer the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering; and the priest shall make atonement for her before Yahweh for the uncleanness of her discharge.

Jesus, when he was baptized, went up directly from the water: and behold, the heavens were opened to him. He saw the Spirit of God descending as a dove, and coming on him.

“‘ If his offering to Yahweh is a burnt offering of birds, then he shall offer his offering from turtledoves or of young pigeons.The priest shall bring it to the altar, and wring off its head, and burn it on the altar; and its blood shall be drained out on the side of the altar;

Listen, my beloved brothers. Didn’t God choose those who are poor in this world to be rich in faith, and heirs of the Kingdom which he promised to those who love him?But you have dishonored the poor man. Don’t the rich oppress you, and personally drag you before the courts?

“ Behold, I send you out as sheep among wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.

He shall take from the congregation of the children of Israel two male goats for a sin offering, and one ram for a burnt offering.

“‘ But if he can’t afford two turtledoves or two young pigeons, then he shall bring as his offering for that in which he has sinned, one tenth of an ephah of fine flour for a sin offering. He shall put no oil on it, and he shall not put any frankincense on it, for it is a sin offering.

For if the readiness is there, it is acceptable according to what you have, not according to what you don’t have.

You had no pleasure in whole burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin.Then I said,‘ Behold, I have come( in the scroll of the book it is written of me) to do your will, O God.’”Previously saying,“ Sacrifices and offerings and whole burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin you didn’t desire, neither had pleasure in them”( those which are offered according to the law),then he has said,“ Behold, I have come to do your will.” He takes away the first, that he may establish the second,by which will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

“‘ On the eighth day he shall take two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, and come before Yahweh to the door of the Tent of Meeting, and give them to the priest.The priest shall offer them, the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering. The priest shall make atonement for him before Yahweh for his discharge.
