“ If anyone commits a trespass, and sins unwittingly regarding Yahweh’s holy things, then he shall bring his trespass offering to Yahweh: a ram without defect from the flock, according to your estimation in silver by shekels, according to the shekel of the sanctuary, for a trespass offering.

“如果有人无意中违犯了耶和华圣物的条例，为了赎过，他要从羊群中选一只毫无残疾的公绵羊献给耶和华，或按圣所的秤献上同等价值的银子。这是赎过祭。

“如果有人在耶和华的圣物上不忠实，无意犯了罪，他就要依照你按着圣所衡量银子标准所估的银价，把他的赎愆祭牲，就是羊群中一只没有残疾的公绵羊，牵到耶和华面前作赎愆祭。

「人若在耶和華的聖物上誤犯了罪，有了過犯，就要照你所估的，按聖所的舍客勒拿銀子，將贖愆祭牲－就是羊羣中一隻沒有殘疾的公綿羊－牽到耶和華面前為贖愆祭；

「若有人在耶和華的聖物上無意中犯了罪，有了過犯，就要獻羊羣中一隻沒有殘疾的公綿羊給耶和華為贖愆祭，或依聖所的舍客勒所估定的銀子，作為贖愆祭。

“如果有人在耶和華的聖物上不忠實，無意犯了罪，他就要依照你按著聖所衡量銀子標準所估的銀價，把他的贖愆祭牲，就是羊群中一隻沒有殘疾的公綿羊，牽到耶和華面前作贖愆祭。

『若有人在永恆主的聖物上不忠實，誤犯了罪，他就要照你所估定的銀兩、按聖所的舍客勒、將他的解罪責祭牲、就是羊羣中一隻完全沒有殘疾的公綿羊、帶到永恆主面前為解罪責祭，

如人於獻耶和華之聖物、偶有差失、致獲罪愆、則必獻補過之祭於耶和華、即牡綿羊之一、純全無疵、循聖所權衡、依爾所估之價、幾舍客勒、以補其過、

如人當獻我之物、偶有差失、致獲罪愆、則必獻我牡綿羊、純潔是務、循聖所權衡、依爾所估之價、以補其過。

人若誤佔獻主之聖物犯罪、則當依爾所估之銀舍客勒若干、按聖所權衡、購無疵之牡羊、獻於主為贖愆祭、

“ When anyone is unfaithful to the Lord by sinning unintentionally in regard to any of the Lord’s holy things, they are to bring to the Lord as a penalty a ram from the flock, one without defect and of the proper value in silver, according to the sanctuary shekel. It is a guilt offering.

“ Suppose someone is unfaithful to me and sins. And they do it without meaning to. Here is how they sin against me or my priests. They refuse to give the priests one of the holy things set apart for them. Then they must bring me a ram from the flock. It must not have any flaws. It must be worth the required amount of silver. The silver must be weighed out in keeping with the standard weights that are used in the sacred tent. The ram is a guilt offering. It will pay for their sin.

“ If anyone commits a breach of faith and sins unintentionally in any of the holy things of the Lord, he shall bring to the Lord as his compensation, a ram without blemish out of the flock, valued in silver shekels, according to the shekel of the sanctuary, for a guilt offering.

“ If one of you commits a sin by unintentionally defiling the Lord’s sacred property, you must bring a guilt offering to the Lord. The offering must be your own ram with no defects, or you may buy one of equal value with silver, as measured by the weight of the sanctuary shekel.

“ If someone offends by sinning unintentionally in regard to any of the LORD’s holy things, he must bring his penalty for guilt to the LORD: an unblemished ram from the flock( based on your assessment of its value in silver shekels, according to the sanctuary shekel) as a guilt offering.

“ If a person acts unfaithfully and sins unintentionally against the Lord’s holy things, then he shall bring his guilt offering to the Lord: a ram without defect from the flock, according to your assessment in silver by shekels, in terms of the shekel of the sanctuary, as a guilt offering.

“ If a person commits a trespass, and sins unintentionally in regard to the holy things of the Lord, then he shall bring to the Lord as his trespass offering a ram without blemish from the flocks, with your valuation in shekels of silver according to the shekel of the sanctuary, as a trespass offering.

If any one commit a trespass, and sin unwittingly, in the holy things of Jehovah; then he shall bring his trespass- offering unto Jehovah, a ram without blemish out of the flock, according to thy estimation in silver by shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary, for a trespass- offering:

“ If someone offends by sinning unintentionally in regard to any of the Lord’s holy things, he must bring his restitution offering to the Lord: an unblemished ram from the flock( based on your assessment of its value in silver shekels, according to the sanctuary shekel) as a restitution offering.

If a soul commit a trespass, and sin through ignorance, in the holy things of the LORD; then he shall bring for his trespass unto the LORD a ram without blemish out of the flocks, with thy estimation by shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary, for a trespass offering:

“ When a person commits a trespass and sins by straying unintentionally from the regulations about the Lord’s holy things, then he must bring his penalty for guilt to the LORD, a flawless ram from the flock, convertible into silver shekels according to the standard of the sanctuary shekel, for a guilt offering.

They shall give this, everyone who passes over to those who are counted, half a shekel according to the shekel of the sanctuary( the shekel is twenty gerahs); half a shekel for an offering to Yahweh.

Every male among the priests may eat of it. It shall be eaten in a holy place. It is most holy.

“‘ This is the law of the trespass offering: It is most holy.

He shall bring his trespass offering to Yahweh: a ram without defect from the flock, according to your estimation, for a trespass offering, to the priest.

“ Speak to the children of Israel, saying,‘ If anyone sins unintentionally, in any of the things which Yahweh has commanded not to be done, and does any one of them,

They gave their hand that they would put away their wives; and being guilty, they offered a ram of the flock for their guilt.

I will set my face against you, and you will be struck before your enemies. Those who hate you will rule over you; and you will flee when no one pursues you.“‘ If you in spite of these things will not listen to me, then I will chastise you seven times more for your sins.

He shall bring a ram without defect from of the flock, according to your estimation, for a trespass offering, to the priest; and the priest shall make atonement for him concerning the thing in which he sinned and didn’t know it, and he will be forgiven.

You shall dedicate all the firstborn males that are born of your herd and of your flock to Yahweh your God. You shall do no work with the firstborn of your herd, nor shear the firstborn of your flock.You shall eat it before Yahweh your God year by year in the place which Yahweh shall choose, you and your household.

But to the place which Yahweh your God shall choose out of all your tribes, to put his name there, you shall seek his habitation, and you shall come there.You shall bring your burnt offerings, your sacrifices, your tithes, the wave offering of your hand, your vows, your free will offerings, and the firstborn of your herd and of your flock there.There you shall eat before Yahweh your God, and you shall rejoice in all that you put your hand to, you and your households, in which Yahweh your God has blessed you.You shall not do all the things that we do here today, every man whatever is right in his own eyes;for you haven’t yet come to the rest and to the inheritance which Yahweh your God gives you.But when you go over the Jordan and dwell in the land which Yahweh your God causes you to inherit, and he gives you rest from all your enemies around you, so that you dwell in safety,then it shall happen that to the place which Yahweh your God shall choose, to cause his name to dwell there, there you shall bring all that I command you: your burnt offerings, your sacrifices, your tithes, the wave offering of your hand, and all your choice vows which you vow to Yahweh.You shall rejoice before Yahweh your God— you, and your sons, your daughters, your male servants, your female servants, and the Levite who is within your gates, because he has no portion nor inheritance with you.

This shall be yours of the most holy things from the fire: every offering of theirs, even every meal offering of theirs, and every sin offering of theirs, and every trespass offering of theirs, which they shall render to me, shall be most holy for you and for your sons.You shall eat of it like the most holy things. Every male shall eat of it. It shall be holy to you.“ This is yours, too: the wave offering of their gift, even all the wave offerings of the children of Israel. I have given them to you, and to your sons and to your daughters with you, as a portion forever. Everyone who is clean in your house shall eat of it.“ I have given to you all the best of the oil, all the best of the vintage, and of the grain, the first fruits of them which they give to Yahweh.The first- ripe fruits of all that is in their land, which they bring to Yahweh, shall be yours. Everyone who is clean in your house shall eat of it.“ Everything devoted in Israel shall be yours.Everything that opens the womb, of all flesh which they offer to Yahweh, both of man and animal, shall be yours. Nevertheless, you shall surely redeem the firstborn of man, and you shall redeem the firstborn of unclean animals.You shall redeem those who are to be redeemed of them from a month old, according to your estimation, for five shekels of money, according to the shekel of the sanctuary, which weighs twenty gerahs.“ But you shall not redeem the firstborn of a cow, or the firstborn of a sheep, or the firstborn of a goat. They are holy. You shall sprinkle their blood on the altar, and shall burn their fat for an offering made by fire, for a pleasant aroma to Yahweh.Their meat shall be yours, as the wave offering breast and as the right thigh, it shall be yours.All the wave offerings of the holy things which the children of Israel offer to Yahweh, I have given you and your sons and your daughters with you, as a portion forever. It is a covenant of salt forever before Yahweh to you and to your offspring with you.”Yahweh said to Aaron,“ You shall have no inheritance in their land, neither shall you have any portion among them. I am your portion and your inheritance among the children of Israel.“ To the children of Levi, behold, I have given all the tithe in Israel for an inheritance, in return for their service which they serve, even the service of the Tent of Meeting.Henceforth the children of Israel shall not come near the Tent of Meeting, lest they bear sin, and die.But the Levites shall do the service of the Tent of Meeting, and they shall bear their iniquity. It shall be a statute forever throughout your generations. Among the children of Israel, they shall have no inheritance.For the tithe of the children of Israel, which they offer as a wave offering to Yahweh, I have given to the Levites for an inheritance. Therefore I have said to them,‘ Among the children of Israel they shall have no inheritance.’”Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,“ Moreover you shall speak to the Levites, and tell them,‘ When you take of the children of Israel the tithe which I have given you from them for your inheritance, then you shall offer up a wave offering of it for Yahweh, a tithe of the tithe.Your wave offering shall be credited to you, as though it were the grain of the threshing floor, and as the fullness of the wine press.Thus you also shall offer a wave offering to Yahweh of all your tithes, which you receive of the children of Israel; and of it you shall give Yahweh’s wave offering to Aaron the priest.Out of all your gifts, you shall offer every wave offering to Yahweh, of all its best parts, even the holy part of it.’“ Therefore you shall tell them,‘ When you heave its best from it, then it shall be credited to the Levites as the increase of the threshing floor, and as the increase of the wine press.You may eat it anywhere, you and your households, for it is your reward in return for your service in the Tent of Meeting.You shall bear no sin by reason of it, when you have heaved from it its best. You shall not profane the holy things of the children of Israel, that you not die.’”

He shall make restitution for that which he has done wrong regarding the holy thing, and shall add a fifth part to it, and give it to the priest; and the priest shall make atonement for him with the ram of the trespass offering, and he will be forgiven.

“ You shall take fine flour, and bake twelve cakes of it: two tenths of an ephah shall be in one cake.You shall set them in two rows, six on a row, on the pure gold table before Yahweh.You shall put pure frankincense on each row, that it may be to the bread for a memorial, even an offering made by fire to Yahweh.Every Sabbath day he shall set it in order before Yahweh continually. It is an everlasting covenant on the behalf of the children of Israel.It shall be for Aaron and his sons. They shall eat it in a holy place; for it is most holy to him of the offerings of Yahweh made by fire by a perpetual statute.”

“‘ If it is an animal of which men offer an offering to Yahweh, all that any man gives of such to Yahweh becomes holy.He shall not alter it, nor exchange it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good. If he shall at all exchange animal for animal, then both it and that for which it is exchanged shall be holy.If it is any unclean animal, of which they do not offer as an offering to Yahweh, then he shall set the animal before the priest;and the priest shall evaluate it, whether it is good or bad. As the priest evaluates it, so it shall be.But if he will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of it to its valuation.“‘ When a man dedicates his house to be holy to Yahweh, then the priest shall evaluate it, whether it is good or bad. As the priest evaluates it, so it shall stand.If he who dedicates it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of your valuation to it, and it shall be his.“‘ If a man dedicates to Yahweh part of the field of his possession, then your valuation shall be according to the seed for it. The sowing of a homer of barley shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.If he dedicates his field from the Year of Jubilee, according to your valuation it shall stand.But if he dedicates his field after the Jubilee, then the priest shall reckon to him the money according to the years that remain to the Year of Jubilee; and an abatement shall be made from your valuation.If he who dedicated the field will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of your valuation to it, and it shall remain his.If he will not redeem the field, or if he has sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more;but the field, when it goes out in the Jubilee, shall be holy to Yahweh, as a devoted field. It shall be owned by the priests.“‘ If he dedicates a field to Yahweh which he has bought, which is not of the field of his possession,then the priest shall reckon to him the worth of your valuation up to the Year of Jubilee; and he shall give your valuation on that day, as a holy thing to Yahweh.In the Year of Jubilee the field shall return to him from whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land belongs.All your valuations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs to the shekel.“‘ However the firstborn among animals, which belongs to Yahweh as a firstborn, no man may dedicate, whether an ox or a sheep. It is Yahweh’s.If it is an unclean animal, then he shall buy it back according to your valuation, and shall add to it the fifth part of it; or if it isn’t redeemed, then it shall be sold according to your valuation.“‘ Notwithstanding, no devoted thing that a man devotes to Yahweh of all that he has, whether of man or animal, or of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed. Everything that is permanently devoted is most holy to Yahweh.“‘ No one devoted to destruction, who shall be devoted from among men, shall be ransomed. He shall surely be put to death.“‘ All the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land or of the fruit of the trees, is Yahweh’s. It is holy to Yahweh.If a man redeems anything of his tithe, he shall add a fifth part to it.All the tithe of the herds or the flocks, whatever passes under the rod, the tenth shall be holy to Yahweh.He shall not examine whether it is good or bad, neither shall he exchange it. If he exchanges it at all, then both it and that for which it is exchanged shall be holy. It shall not be redeemed.’”

I will walk among you, and will be your God, and you will be my people.I am Yahweh your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, that you should not be their slaves. I have broken the bars of your yoke, and made you walk upright.

Only your holy things which you have, and your vows, you shall take and go to the place which Yahweh shall choose.

“‘ You shall keep my Sabbaths, and have reverence for my sanctuary. I am Yahweh.“‘ If you walk in my statutes and keep my commandments, and do them,then I will give you your rains in their season, and the land shall yield its increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.Your threshing shall continue until the vintage, and the vintage shall continue until the sowing time. You shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely.“‘ I will give peace in the land, and you shall lie down, and no one will make you afraid. I will remove evil animals out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land.You shall chase your enemies, and they shall fall before you by the sword.Five of you shall chase a hundred, and a hundred of you shall chase ten thousand; and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword.

“‘ If by these things you won’t be turned back to me, but will walk contrary to me,then I will also walk contrary to you; and I will strike you, even I, seven times for your sins.I will bring a sword upon you that will execute the vengeance of the covenant. You will be gathered together within your cities, and I will send the pestilence among you. You will be delivered into the hand of the enemy.When I break your staff of bread, ten women shall bake your bread in one oven, and they shall deliver your bread again by weight. You shall eat, and not be satisfied.“‘ If you in spite of this won’t listen to me, but walk contrary to me,

“‘ If anyone sins, in that he hears a public adjuration to testify, he being a witness, whether he has seen or known, if he doesn’t report it, then he shall bear his iniquity.“‘ Or if anyone touches any unclean thing, whether it is the carcass of an unclean animal, or the carcass of unclean livestock, or the carcass of unclean creeping things, and it is hidden from him, and he is unclean, then he shall be guilty.

But if the man has no kinsman to whom restitution may be made for the guilt, the restitution for guilt which is made to Yahweh shall be the priest’s, in addition to the ram of the atonement, by which atonement shall be made for him.

Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,“ Tell Aaron and his sons to separate themselves from the holy things of the children of Israel, which they make holy to me, and that they not profane my holy name. I am Yahweh.“ Tell them,‘ If anyone of all your offspring throughout your generations approaches the holy things which the children of Israel make holy to Yahweh, having his uncleanness on him, that soul shall be cut off from before me. I am Yahweh.“‘ Whoever of the offspring of Aaron is a leper or has a discharge shall not eat of the holy things until he is clean. Whoever touches anything that is unclean by the dead, or a man who has a seminal emission,or whoever touches any creeping thing whereby he may be made unclean, or a man from whom he may become unclean, whatever uncleanness he has—the person that touches any such shall be unclean until the evening, and shall not eat of the holy things unless he bathes his body in water.When the sun is down, he shall be clean; and afterward he shall eat of the holy things, because it is his bread.He shall not eat that which dies of itself or is torn by animals, defiling himself by it. I am Yahweh.“‘ They shall therefore follow my commandment, lest they bear sin for it and die in it, if they profane it. I am Yahweh who sanctifies them.“‘ No stranger shall eat of the holy thing: a foreigner living with the priests, or a hired servant, shall not eat of the holy thing.But if a priest buys a slave, purchased by his money, he shall eat of it; and those who are born in his house shall eat of his bread.If a priest’s daughter is married to an outsider, she shall not eat of the heave offering of the holy things.But if a priest’s daughter is a widow, or divorced, and has no child, and has returned to her father’s house as in her youth, she may eat of her father’s bread; but no stranger shall eat any of it.“‘ If a man eats something holy unwittingly, then he shall add the fifth part of its value to it, and shall give the holy thing to the priest.The priests shall not profane the holy things of the children of Israel, which they offer to Yahweh,and so cause them to bear the iniquity that brings guilt when they eat their holy things; for I am Yahweh who sanctifies them.’”

It shall be, when you have come in to the land which Yahweh your God gives you for an inheritance, possess it, and dwell in it,that you shall take some of the first of all the fruit of the ground, which you shall bring in from your land that Yahweh your God gives you. You shall put it in a basket, and shall go to the place which Yahweh your God shall choose to cause his name to dwell there.You shall come to the priest who shall be in those days, and tell him,“ I profess today to Yahweh your God, that I have come to the land which Yahweh swore to our fathers to give us.”The priest shall take the basket out of your hand, and set it down before Yahweh your God’s altar.You shall answer and say before Yahweh your God,“ My father was a Syrian ready to perish. He went down into Egypt, and lived there, few in number. There he became a great, mighty, and populous nation.The Egyptians mistreated us, afflicted us, and imposed hard labor on us.Then we cried to Yahweh, the God of our fathers. Yahweh heard our voice, and saw our affliction, our toil, and our oppression.Yahweh brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand, with an outstretched arm, with great terror, with signs, and with wonders;and he has brought us into this place, and has given us this land, a land flowing with milk and honey.Now, behold, I have brought the first of the fruit of the ground, which you, Yahweh, have given me.” You shall set it down before Yahweh your God, and worship before Yahweh your God.You shall rejoice in all the good which Yahweh your God has given to you, and to your house, you, and the Levite, and the foreigner who is among you.When you have finished tithing all the tithe of your increase in the third year, which is the year of tithing, then you shall give it to the Levite, to the foreigner, to the fatherless, and to the widow, that they may eat within your gates and be filled.You shall say before Yahweh your God,“ I have put away the holy things out of my house, and also have given them to the Levite, to the foreigner, to the fatherless, and to the widow, according to all your commandment which you have commanded me. I have not transgressed any of your commandments, neither have I forgotten them.I have not eaten of it in my mourning, neither have I removed any of it while I was unclean, nor given of it for the dead. I have listened to Yahweh my God’s voice. I have done according to all that you have commanded me.Look down from your holy habitation, from heaven, and bless your people Israel, and the ground which you have given us, as you swore to our fathers, a land flowing with milk and honey.”

“ Why haven’t you eaten the sin offering in the place of the sanctuary, since it is most holy, and he has given it to you to bear the iniquity of the congregation, to make atonement for them before Yahweh?Behold, its blood was not brought into the inner part of the sanctuary. You certainly should have eaten it in the sanctuary, as I commanded.”
