“ If a person commits a trespass, and sins unintentionally in regard to the holy things of the Lord, then he shall bring to the Lord as his trespass offering a ram without blemish from the flocks, with your valuation in shekels of silver according to the shekel of the sanctuary, as a trespass offering.

“若有人在耶和华的圣物上无意中犯了罪，有了过犯，就要献羊群中一只没有残疾的公绵羊给耶和华为赎愆祭，或依圣所的舍客勒所估定的银子，作为赎愆祭。

“如果有人无意中违犯了耶和华圣物的条例，为了赎过，他要从羊群中选一只毫无残疾的公绵羊献给耶和华，或按圣所的秤献上同等价值的银子。这是赎过祭。

“如果有人在耶和华的圣物上不忠实，无意犯了罪，他就要依照你按着圣所衡量银子标准所估的银价，把他的赎愆祭牲，就是羊群中一只没有残疾的公绵羊，牵到耶和华面前作赎愆祭。

「人若在耶和華的聖物上誤犯了罪，有了過犯，就要照你所估的，按聖所的舍客勒拿銀子，將贖愆祭牲－就是羊羣中一隻沒有殘疾的公綿羊－牽到耶和華面前為贖愆祭；

「若有人在耶和華的聖物上無意中犯了罪，有了過犯，就要獻羊羣中一隻沒有殘疾的公綿羊給耶和華為贖愆祭，或依聖所的舍客勒所估定的銀子，作為贖愆祭。

「若有人在耶和華的聖物上無意中犯了罪，有了過犯，就要獻羊羣中一隻沒有殘疾的公綿羊給耶和華為贖愆祭，或依聖所的舍客勒所估定的銀子，作為贖愆祭。

「如果有人無意中違犯了耶和華聖物的條例，為了贖過，他要從羊群中選一隻毫無殘疾的公綿羊獻給耶和華，或按聖所的秤獻上同等價值的銀子。這是贖過祭。

“如果有人在耶和華的聖物上不忠實，無意犯了罪，他就要依照你按著聖所衡量銀子標準所估的銀價，把他的贖愆祭牲，就是羊群中一隻沒有殘疾的公綿羊，牽到耶和華面前作贖愆祭。

『若有人在永恆主的聖物上不忠實，誤犯了罪，他就要照你所估定的銀兩、按聖所的舍客勒、將他的解罪責祭牲、就是羊羣中一隻完全沒有殘疾的公綿羊、帶到永恆主面前為解罪責祭，

如人於獻耶和華之聖物、偶有差失、致獲罪愆、則必獻補過之祭於耶和華、即牡綿羊之一、純全無疵、循聖所權衡、依爾所估之價、幾舍客勒、以補其過、

如人當獻我之物、偶有差失、致獲罪愆、則必獻我牡綿羊、純潔是務、循聖所權衡、依爾所估之價、以補其過。

人若誤佔獻主之聖物犯罪、則當依爾所估之銀舍客勒若干、按聖所權衡、購無疵之牡羊、獻於主為贖愆祭、

“ When anyone is unfaithful to the Lord by sinning unintentionally in regard to any of the Lord’s holy things, they are to bring to the Lord as a penalty a ram from the flock, one without defect and of the proper value in silver, according to the sanctuary shekel. It is a guilt offering.

“ Suppose someone is unfaithful to me and sins. And they do it without meaning to. Here is how they sin against me or my priests. They refuse to give the priests one of the holy things set apart for them. Then they must bring me a ram from the flock. It must not have any flaws. It must be worth the required amount of silver. The silver must be weighed out in keeping with the standard weights that are used in the sacred tent. The ram is a guilt offering. It will pay for their sin.

“ If anyone commits a breach of faith and sins unintentionally in any of the holy things of the Lord, he shall bring to the Lord as his compensation, a ram without blemish out of the flock, valued in silver shekels, according to the shekel of the sanctuary, for a guilt offering.

“ If one of you commits a sin by unintentionally defiling the Lord’s sacred property, you must bring a guilt offering to the Lord. The offering must be your own ram with no defects, or you may buy one of equal value with silver, as measured by the weight of the sanctuary shekel.

“ If someone offends by sinning unintentionally in regard to any of the LORD’s holy things, he must bring his penalty for guilt to the LORD: an unblemished ram from the flock( based on your assessment of its value in silver shekels, according to the sanctuary shekel) as a guilt offering.

“ If a person acts unfaithfully and sins unintentionally against the Lord’s holy things, then he shall bring his guilt offering to the Lord: a ram without defect from the flock, according to your assessment in silver by shekels, in terms of the shekel of the sanctuary, as a guilt offering.

If any one commit a trespass, and sin unwittingly, in the holy things of Jehovah; then he shall bring his trespass- offering unto Jehovah, a ram without blemish out of the flock, according to thy estimation in silver by shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary, for a trespass- offering:

“ If someone offends by sinning unintentionally in regard to any of the Lord’s holy things, he must bring his restitution offering to the Lord: an unblemished ram from the flock( based on your assessment of its value in silver shekels, according to the sanctuary shekel) as a restitution offering.

If a soul commit a trespass, and sin through ignorance, in the holy things of the LORD; then he shall bring for his trespass unto the LORD a ram without blemish out of the flocks, with thy estimation by shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary, for a trespass offering:

“ When a person commits a trespass and sins by straying unintentionally from the regulations about the Lord’s holy things, then he must bring his penalty for guilt to the LORD, a flawless ram from the flock, convertible into silver shekels according to the standard of the sanctuary shekel, for a guilt offering.

“ If anyone commits a trespass, and sins unwittingly regarding Yahweh’s holy things, then he shall bring his trespass offering to Yahweh: a ram without defect from the flock, according to your estimation in silver by shekels, according to the shekel of the sanctuary, for a trespass offering.

This is what everyone among those who are numbered shall give: half a shekel according to the shekel of the sanctuary( a shekel is twenty gerahs). The half-shekel shall be an offering to the Lord.

Every male among the priests may eat it. It shall be eaten in a holy place. It is most holy.

‘ Likewise this is the law of the trespass offering( it is most holy):

And he shall bring his trespass offering to the Lord, a ram without blemish from the flock, with your valuation, as a trespass offering, to the priest.

“ Speak to the children of Israel, saying:‘ If a person sins unintentionally against any of the commandments of the Lord in anything which ought not to be done, and does any of them,

And they gave their promise that they would put away their wives; and being guilty, they presented a ram of the flock as their trespass offering.

I will set My face against you, and you shall be defeated by your enemies. Those who hate you shall reign over you, and you shall flee when no one pursues you.‘ And after all this, if you do not obey Me, then I will punish you seven times more for your sins.

And he shall bring to the priest a ram without blemish from the flock, with your valuation, as a trespass offering. So the priest shall make atonement for him regarding his ignorance in which he erred and did not know it, and it shall be forgiven him.

“ All the firstborn males that come from your herd and your flock you shall sanctify to the Lord your God; you shall do no work with the firstborn of your herd, nor shear the firstborn of your flock.You and your household shall eat it before the Lord your God year by year in the place which the Lord chooses.

“ But you shall seek the place where the Lord your God chooses, out of all your tribes, to put His name for His dwelling place; and there you shall go.There you shall take your burnt offerings, your sacrifices, your tithes, the heave offerings of your hand, your vowed offerings, your freewill offerings, and the firstborn of your herds and flocks.And there you shall eat before the Lord your God, and you shall rejoice in all to which you have put your hand, you and your households, in which the Lord your God has blessed you.“ You shall not at all do as we are doing here today— every man doing whatever is right in his own eyes—for as yet you have not come to the rest and the inheritance which the Lord your God is giving you.But when you cross over the Jordan and dwell in the land which the Lord your God is giving you to inherit, and He gives you rest from all your enemies round about, so that you dwell in safety,then there will be the place where the Lord your God chooses to make His name abide. There you shall bring all that I command you: your burnt offerings, your sacrifices, your tithes, the heave offerings of your hand, and all your choice offerings which you vow to the Lord.And you shall rejoice before the Lord your God, you and your sons and your daughters, your male and female servants, and the Levite who is within your gates, since he has no portion nor inheritance with you.

This shall be yours of the most holy things reserved from the fire: every offering of theirs, every grain offering and every sin offering and every trespass offering which they render to Me, shall be most holy for you and your sons.In a most holy place you shall eat it; every male shall eat it. It shall be holy to you.“ This also is yours: the heave offering of their gift, with all the wave offerings of the children of Israel; I have given them to you, and your sons and daughters with you, as an ordinance forever. Everyone who is clean in your house may eat it.“ All the best of the oil, all the best of the new wine and the grain, their firstfruits which they offer to the Lord, I have given them to you.Whatever first ripe fruit is in their land, which they bring to the Lord, shall be yours. Everyone who is clean in your house may eat it.“ Every devoted thing in Israel shall be yours.“ Everything that first opens the womb of all flesh, which they bring to the Lord, whether man or beast, shall be yours; nevertheless the firstborn of man you shall surely redeem, and the firstborn of unclean animals you shall redeem.And those redeemed of the devoted things you shall redeem when one month old, according to your valuation, for five shekels of silver, according to the shekel of the sanctuary, which is twenty gerahs.But the firstborn of a cow, the firstborn of a sheep, or the firstborn of a goat you shall not redeem; they are holy. You shall sprinkle their blood on the altar, and burn their fat as an offering made by fire for a sweet aroma to the Lord.And their flesh shall be yours, just as the wave breast and the right thigh are yours.“ All the heave offerings of the holy things, which the children of Israel offer to the Lord, I have given to you and your sons and daughters with you as an ordinance forever; it is a covenant of salt forever before the Lord with you and your descendants with you.”Then the Lord said to Aaron:“ You shall have no inheritance in their land, nor shall you have any portion among them; I am your portion and your inheritance among the children of Israel.“ Behold, I have given the children of Levi all the tithes in Israel as an inheritance in return for the work which they perform, the work of the tabernacle of meeting.Hereafter the children of Israel shall not come near the tabernacle of meeting, lest they bear sin and die.But the Levites shall perform the work of the tabernacle of meeting, and they shall bear their iniquity; it shall be a statute forever, throughout your generations, that among the children of Israel they shall have no inheritance.For the tithes of the children of Israel, which they offer up as a heave offering to the Lord, I have given to the Levites as an inheritance; therefore I have said to them,‘ Among the children of Israel they shall have no inheritance.’”Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,“ Speak thus to the Levites, and say to them:‘ When you take from the children of Israel the tithes which I have given you from them as your inheritance, then you shall offer up a heave offering of it to the Lord, a tenth of the tithe.And your heave offering shall be reckoned to you as though it were the grain of the threshing floor and as the fullness of the winepress.Thus you shall also offer a heave offering to the Lord from all your tithes which you receive from the children of Israel, and you shall give the LORD’s heave offering from it to Aaron the priest.Of all your gifts you shall offer up every heave offering due to the Lord, from all the best of them, the consecrated part of them.’Therefore you shall say to them:‘ When you have lifted up the best of it, then the rest shall be accounted to the Levites as the produce of the threshing floor and as the produce of the winepress.You may eat it in any place, you and your households, for it is your reward for your work in the tabernacle of meeting.And you shall bear no sin because of it, when you have lifted up the best of it. But you shall not profane the holy gifts of the children of Israel, lest you die.’”

And he shall make restitution for the harm that he has done in regard to the holy thing, and shall add one-fifth to it and give it to the priest. So the priest shall make atonement for him with the ram of the trespass offering, and it shall be forgiven him.

“ And you shall take fine flour and bake twelve cakes with it. Two-tenths of an ephah shall be in each cake.You shall set them in two rows, six in a row, on the pure gold table before the Lord.And you shall put pure frankincense on each row, that it may be on the bread for a memorial, an offering made by fire to the Lord.Every Sabbath he shall set it in order before the Lord continually, being taken from the children of Israel by an everlasting covenant.And it shall be for Aaron and his sons, and they shall eat it in a holy place; for it is most holy to him from the offerings of the Lord made by fire, by a perpetual statute.”

‘ If it is an animal that men may bring as an offering to the Lord, all that anyone gives to the Lord shall be holy.He shall not substitute it or exchange it, good for bad or bad for good; and if he at all exchanges animal for animal, then both it and the one exchanged for it shall be holy.If it is an unclean animal which they do not offer as a sacrifice to the Lord, then he shall present the animal before the priest;and the priest shall set a value for it, whether it is good or bad; as you, the priest, value it, so it shall be.But if he wants at all to redeem it, then he must add one-fifth to your valuation.‘ And when a man dedicates his house to be holy to the Lord, then the priest shall set a value for it, whether it is good or bad; as the priest values it, so it shall stand.If he who dedicated it wants to redeem his house, then he must add one-fifth of the money of your valuation to it, and it shall be his.‘ If a man dedicates to the Lord part of a field of his possession, then your valuation shall be according to the seed for it. A homer of barley seed shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.If he dedicates his field from the Year of Jubilee, according to your valuation it shall stand.But if he dedicates his field after the Jubilee, then the priest shall reckon to him the money due according to the years that remain till the Year of Jubilee, and it shall be deducted from your valuation.And if he who dedicates the field ever wishes to redeem it, then he must add one-fifth of the money of your valuation to it, and it shall belong to him.But if he does not want to redeem the field, or if he has sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed anymore;but the field, when it is released in the Jubilee, shall be holy to the Lord, as a devoted field; it shall be the possession of the priest.‘ And if a man dedicates to the Lord a field which he has bought, which is not the field of his possession,then the priest shall reckon to him the worth of your valuation, up to the Year of Jubilee, and he shall give your valuation on that day as a holy offering to the Lord.In the Year of Jubilee the field shall return to him from whom it was bought, to the one who owned the land as a possession.And all your valuations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs to the shekel.‘ But the firstborn of the animals, which should be the LORD’s firstborn, no man shall dedicate; whether it is an ox or sheep, it is the LORD’s.And if it is an unclean animal, then he shall redeem it according to your valuation, and shall add one-fifth to it; or if it is not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to your valuation.‘ Nevertheless no devoted offering that a man may devote to the Lord of all that he has, both man and beast, or the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed; every devoted offering is most holy to the Lord.No person under the ban, who may become doomed to destruction among men, shall be redeemed, but shall surely be put to death.And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land or of the fruit of the tree, is the LORD’s. It is holy to the Lord.If a man wants at all to redeem any of his tithes, he shall add one-fifth to it.And concerning the tithe of the herd or the flock, of whatever passes under the rod, the tenth one shall be holy to the Lord.He shall not inquire whether it is good or bad, nor shall he exchange it; and if he exchanges it at all, then both it and the one exchanged for it shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.’”

I will walk among you and be your God, and you shall be My people.I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, that you should not be their slaves; I have broken the bands of your yoke and made you walk upright.

Only the holy things which you have, and your vowed offerings, you shall take and go to the place which the Lord chooses.

You shall keep My Sabbaths and reverence My sanctuary: I am the Lord.‘ If you walk in My statutes and keep My commandments, and perform them,then I will give you rain in its season, the land shall yield its produce, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.Your threshing shall last till the time of vintage, and the vintage shall last till the time of sowing; you shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely.I will give peace in the land, and you shall lie down, and none will make you afraid; I will rid the land of evil beasts, and the sword will not go through your land.You will chase your enemies, and they shall fall by the sword before you.Five of you shall chase a hundred, and a hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight; your enemies shall fall by the sword before you.

‘ And if by these things you are not reformed by Me, but walk contrary to Me,then I also will walk contrary to you, and I will punish you yet seven times for your sins.And I will bring a sword against you that will execute the vengeance of the covenant; when you are gathered together within your cities I will send pestilence among you; and you shall be delivered into the hand of the enemy.When I have cut off your supply of bread, ten women shall bake your bread in one oven, and they shall bring back your bread by weight, and you shall eat and not be satisfied.‘ And after all this, if you do not obey Me, but walk contrary to Me,

‘ If a person sins in hearing the utterance of an oath, and is a witness, whether he has seen or known of the matter— if he does not tell it, he bears guilt.‘ Or if a person touches any unclean thing, whether it is the carcass of an unclean beast, or the carcass of unclean livestock, or the carcass of unclean creeping things, and he is unaware of it, he also shall be unclean and guilty.

But if the man has no relative to whom restitution may be made for the wrong, the restitution for the wrong must go to the Lord for the priest, in addition to the ram of the atonement with which atonement is made for him.

Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,“ Speak to Aaron and his sons, that they separate themselves from the holy things of the children of Israel, and that they do not profane My holy name by what they dedicate to Me: I am the Lord.Say to them:‘ Whoever of all your descendants throughout your generations, who goes near the holy things which the children of Israel dedicate to the Lord, while he has uncleanness upon him, that person shall be cut off from My presence: I am the Lord.‘ Whatever man of the descendants of Aaron, who is a leper or has a discharge, shall not eat the holy offerings until he is clean. And whoever touches anything made unclean by a corpse, or a man who has had an emission of semen,or whoever touches any creeping thing by which he would be made unclean, or any person by whom he would become unclean, whatever his uncleanness may be—the person who has touched any such thing shall be unclean until evening, and shall not eat the holy offerings unless he washes his body with water.And when the sun goes down he shall be clean; and afterward he may eat the holy offerings, because it is his food.Whatever dies naturally or is torn by beasts he shall not eat, to defile himself with it: I am the Lord.‘ They shall therefore keep My ordinance, lest they bear sin for it and die thereby, if they profane it: I the Lord sanctify them.‘ No outsider shall eat the holy offering; one who dwells with the priest, or a hired servant, shall not eat the holy thing.But if the priest buys a person with his money, he may eat it; and one who is born in his house may eat his food.If the priest’s daughter is married to an outsider, she may not eat of the holy offerings.But if the priest’s daughter is a widow or divorced, and has no child, and has returned to her father’s house as in her youth, she may eat her father’s food; but no outsider shall eat it.‘ And if a man eats the holy offering unintentionally, then he shall restore a holy offering to the priest, and add one-fifth to it.They shall not profane the holy offerings of the children of Israel, which they offer to the Lord,or allow them to bear the guilt of trespass when they eat their holy offerings; for I the Lord sanctify them.’”

“ And it shall be, when you come into the land which the Lord your God is giving you as an inheritance, and you possess it and dwell in it,that you shall take some of the first of all the produce of the ground, which you shall bring from your land that the Lord your God is giving you, and put it in a basket and go to the place where the Lord your God chooses to make His name abide.And you shall go to the one who is priest in those days, and say to him,‘ I declare today to the Lord your God that I have come to the country which the Lord swore to our fathers to give us.’“ Then the priest shall take the basket out of your hand and set it down before the altar of the Lord your God.And you shall answer and say before the Lord your God:‘ My father was a Syrian, about to perish, and he went down to Egypt and dwelt there, few in number; and there he became a nation, great, mighty, and populous.But the Egyptians mistreated us, afflicted us, and laid hard bondage on us.Then we cried out to the Lord God of our fathers, and the Lord heard our voice and looked on our affliction and our labor and our oppression.So the Lord brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand and with an outstretched arm, with great terror and with signs and wonders.He has brought us to this place and has given us this land,“ a land flowing with milk and honey”;and now, behold, I have brought the firstfruits of the land which you, O Lord, have given me.’“ Then you shall set it before the Lord your God, and worship before the Lord your God.So you shall rejoice in every good thing which the Lord your God has given to you and your house, you and the Levite and the stranger who is among you.“ When you have finished laying aside all the tithe of your increase in the third year— the year of tithing— and have given it to the Levite, the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, so that they may eat within your gates and be filled,then you shall say before the Lord your God:‘ I have removed the holy tithe from my house, and also have given them to the Levite, the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, according to all Your commandments which You have commanded me; I have not transgressed Your commandments, nor have I forgotten them.I have not eaten any of it when in mourning, nor have I removed any of it for an unclean use, nor given any of it for the dead. I have obeyed the voice of the Lord my God, and have done according to all that You have commanded me.Look down from Your holy habitation, from heaven, and bless Your people Israel and the land which You have given us, just as You swore to our fathers,“ a land flowing with milk and honey.”’

“ Why have you not eaten the sin offering in a holy place, since it is most holy, and God has given it to you to bear the guilt of the congregation, to make atonement for them before the Lord?See! Its blood was not brought inside the holy place; indeed you should have eaten it in a holy place, as I commanded.”
