“ If a person acts unfaithfully and sins unintentionally against the Lord’s holy things, then he shall bring his guilt offering to the Lord: a ram without defect from the flock, according to your assessment in silver by shekels, in terms of the shekel of the sanctuary, as a guilt offering.

“人若在耶和华的圣物上误犯了罪，有了过犯，就要照你所估的，按圣所的舍客勒拿银子，将赎愆祭牲，就是羊群中一只没有残疾的公绵羊，牵到耶和华面前为赎愆祭；

“若有人在耶和华的圣物上无意中犯了罪，有了过犯，就要献羊群中一只没有残疾的公绵羊给耶和华为赎愆祭，或依圣所的舍客勒所估定的银子，作为赎愆祭。

“若有人在耶和华的圣物上无意中犯了罪，有了过犯，就要献羊群中一只没有残疾的公绵羊给耶和华为赎愆祭，或依圣所的舍客勒所估定的银子，作为赎愆祭。

“如果有人无意中违犯了耶和华圣物的条例，为了赎过，他要从羊群中选一只毫无残疾的公绵羊献给耶和华，或按圣所的秤献上同等价值的银子。这是赎过祭。

“如果有人在耶和华的圣物上不忠实，无意犯了罪，他就要依照你按着圣所衡量银子标准所估的银价，把他的赎愆祭牲，就是羊群中一只没有残疾的公绵羊，牵到耶和华面前作赎愆祭。

「人若在耶和華的聖物上誤犯了罪，有了過犯，就要照你所估的，按聖所的舍客勒拿銀子，將贖愆祭牲－就是羊羣中一隻沒有殘疾的公綿羊－牽到耶和華面前為贖愆祭；

「若有人在耶和華的聖物上無意中犯了罪，有了過犯，就要獻羊羣中一隻沒有殘疾的公綿羊給耶和華為贖愆祭，或依聖所的舍客勒所估定的銀子，作為贖愆祭。

「若有人在耶和華的聖物上無意中犯了罪，有了過犯，就要獻羊羣中一隻沒有殘疾的公綿羊給耶和華為贖愆祭，或依聖所的舍客勒所估定的銀子，作為贖愆祭。

「如果有人無意中違犯了耶和華聖物的條例，為了贖過，他要從羊群中選一隻毫無殘疾的公綿羊獻給耶和華，或按聖所的秤獻上同等價值的銀子。這是贖過祭。

“如果有人在耶和華的聖物上不忠實，無意犯了罪，他就要依照你按著聖所衡量銀子標準所估的銀價，把他的贖愆祭牲，就是羊群中一隻沒有殘疾的公綿羊，牽到耶和華面前作贖愆祭。

『若有人在永恆主的聖物上不忠實，誤犯了罪，他就要照你所估定的銀兩、按聖所的舍客勒、將他的解罪責祭牲、就是羊羣中一隻完全沒有殘疾的公綿羊、帶到永恆主面前為解罪責祭，

如人於獻耶和華之聖物、偶有差失、致獲罪愆、則必獻補過之祭於耶和華、即牡綿羊之一、純全無疵、循聖所權衡、依爾所估之價、幾舍客勒、以補其過、

如人當獻我之物、偶有差失、致獲罪愆、則必獻我牡綿羊、純潔是務、循聖所權衡、依爾所估之價、以補其過。

人若誤佔獻主之聖物犯罪、則當依爾所估之銀舍客勒若干、按聖所權衡、購無疵之牡羊、獻於主為贖愆祭、

“ When anyone is unfaithful to the Lord by sinning unintentionally in regard to any of the Lord’s holy things, they are to bring to the Lord as a penalty a ram from the flock, one without defect and of the proper value in silver, according to the sanctuary shekel. It is a guilt offering.

“ Suppose someone is unfaithful to me and sins. And they do it without meaning to. Here is how they sin against me or my priests. They refuse to give the priests one of the holy things set apart for them. Then they must bring me a ram from the flock. It must not have any flaws. It must be worth the required amount of silver. The silver must be weighed out in keeping with the standard weights that are used in the sacred tent. The ram is a guilt offering. It will pay for their sin.

“ If anyone commits a breach of faith and sins unintentionally in any of the holy things of the Lord, he shall bring to the Lord as his compensation, a ram without blemish out of the flock, valued in silver shekels, according to the shekel of the sanctuary, for a guilt offering.

“ If one of you commits a sin by unintentionally defiling the Lord’s sacred property, you must bring a guilt offering to the Lord. The offering must be your own ram with no defects, or you may buy one of equal value with silver, as measured by the weight of the sanctuary shekel.

“ If someone offends by sinning unintentionally in regard to any of the LORD’s holy things, he must bring his penalty for guilt to the LORD: an unblemished ram from the flock( based on your assessment of its value in silver shekels, according to the sanctuary shekel) as a guilt offering.

“ If a person commits a trespass, and sins unintentionally in regard to the holy things of the Lord, then he shall bring to the Lord as his trespass offering a ram without blemish from the flocks, with your valuation in shekels of silver according to the shekel of the sanctuary, as a trespass offering.

If any one commit a trespass, and sin unwittingly, in the holy things of Jehovah; then he shall bring his trespass- offering unto Jehovah, a ram without blemish out of the flock, according to thy estimation in silver by shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary, for a trespass- offering:

“ If someone offends by sinning unintentionally in regard to any of the Lord’s holy things, he must bring his restitution offering to the Lord: an unblemished ram from the flock( based on your assessment of its value in silver shekels, according to the sanctuary shekel) as a restitution offering.

If a soul commit a trespass, and sin through ignorance, in the holy things of the LORD; then he shall bring for his trespass unto the LORD a ram without blemish out of the flocks, with thy estimation by shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary, for a trespass offering:

“ When a person commits a trespass and sins by straying unintentionally from the regulations about the Lord’s holy things, then he must bring his penalty for guilt to the LORD, a flawless ram from the flock, convertible into silver shekels according to the standard of the sanctuary shekel, for a guilt offering.

“ If anyone commits a trespass, and sins unwittingly regarding Yahweh’s holy things, then he shall bring his trespass offering to Yahweh: a ram without defect from the flock, according to your estimation in silver by shekels, according to the shekel of the sanctuary, for a trespass offering.

This is what everyone who is counted shall give: half a shekel according to the shekel of the sanctuary( the shekel is twenty gerahs), half a shekel as a contribution to the Lord.

Every male among the priests may eat it. It shall be eaten in a holy place; it is most holy.

‘ Now this is the law of the guilt offering; it is most holy.

Then he shall bring to the priest his guilt offering to the Lord, a ram without defect from the flock, according to your assessment, as a guilt offering,

“ Speak to the sons of Israel, saying,‘ If a person sins unintentionally in any of the things which the Lord has commanded not to be done, and commits any of them,

They pledged to send away their wives, and being guilty, they offered a ram of the flock for their guilt.

And I will set My face against you so that you will be defeated before your enemies; and those who hate you will rule over you, and you will flee when no one is pursuing you.If also after these things you do not obey Me, then I will punish you seven times more for your sins.

He is then to bring to the priest a ram without defect from the flock, according to your assessment, as a guilt offering. So the priest shall make atonement for him concerning his sin which he committed unintentionally and did not know it, and it will be forgiven him.

“ You shall consecrate to the Lord your God all the firstborn males that are born in your herd and in your flock; you shall not work with the firstborn of your herd, nor shear the firstborn of your flock.You and your household shall eat it every year before the Lord your God in the place which the Lord chooses.

But you shall seek the Lord at the place which the Lord your God will choose from all your tribes, to establish His name there for His dwelling, and you shall come there.You shall bring there your burnt offerings, your sacrifices, your tithes, the contribution of your hand, your vowed offerings, your voluntary offerings, and the firstborn of your herd and of your flock.There you and your households shall eat before the Lord your God, and rejoice in all your undertakings in which the Lord your God has blessed you.“ You shall not do at all what we are doing here today, everyone doing whatever is right in his own eyes;for you have not as yet come to the resting place and the inheritance which the Lord your God is giving you.When you cross the Jordan and live in the land which the Lord your God is giving you as an inheritance, and He gives you rest from all your enemies around you so that you live in security,then it shall come about that the place in which the Lord your God will choose for His name to dwell, there you shall bring everything that I command you: your burnt offerings and your sacrifices, your tithes and the contribution of your hand, and all your choice vowed offerings which you will vow to the Lord.And you shall rejoice before the Lord your God, you and your sons and daughters, your male and female slaves, and the Levite who is within your gates, since he has no portion or inheritance with you.

This shall be yours from the most holy gifts reserved from the fire; every offering of theirs, namely every grain offering, every sin offering, and every guilt offering, with which they shall make restitution to Me, shall be most holy for you and for your sons.As the most holy gifts you shall eat it; every male shall eat it. It shall be holy to you.This also is yours, the offering of their gift, that is, all the wave offerings of the sons of Israel; I have given them to you and to your sons and daughters with you as a permanent allotment. Everyone of your household who is clean may eat it.All the best of the fresh oil and all the best of the fresh wine and of the grain, the first fruits of what they give to the Lord, I have given them to you.The first ripe fruits of all that is in their land, which they bring to the Lord, shall be yours; everyone of your household who is clean may eat it.Everything banned from secular use in Israel shall be yours.Every firstborn of the womb of all flesh, whether human or animal, which they offer to the Lord, shall be yours; however you must redeem the human firstborn, and the firstborn of unclean animals you shall redeem.As to their redemption price, from a month old you shall redeem them, by your assessment, five shekels in silver by the shekel of the sanctuary, which is twenty gerahs.But the firstborn of an ox, the firstborn of a sheep, or the firstborn of a goat, you shall not redeem; they are holy. You shall sprinkle their blood on the altar and offer up their fat in smoke as an offering by fire, for a soothing aroma to the Lord.However, their meat shall be yours; it shall be yours like the breast of a wave offering and like the right thigh.All the offerings of the holy gifts, which the sons of Israel offer to the Lord, I have given to you and your sons and your daughters with you, as a permanent allotment. It is a permanent covenant of salt before the Lord to you and your descendants with you.”Then the Lord said to Aaron,“ You shall have no inheritance in their land nor own any portion among them; I am your portion and your inheritance among the sons of Israel.“ To the sons of Levi, behold, I have given all the tithe in Israel as an inheritance, in return for their service which they perform, the service of the tent of meeting.And the sons of Israel shall not come near the tent of meeting again, or they will bring sin on themselves and die.Only the Levites shall perform the service of the tent of meeting, and they shall bear their own guilt; it shall be a permanent statute throughout your generations, and among the sons of Israel they shall have no inheritance.For the tithe of the sons of Israel, which they offer as an offering to the Lord, I have given to the Levites as an inheritance; therefore I have said concerning them,‘ They shall have no inheritance among the sons of Israel.’ ”Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,“ Moreover, you shall speak to the Levites and say to them,‘ When you take from the sons of Israel the tithe which I have given you from them for your inheritance, then you shall present an offering from it to the Lord, a tithe of the tithe.Your offering shall be credited to you like the grain from the threshing floor or the full produce from the wine vat.So you shall also present an offering to the Lord from all your tithes, which you receive from the sons of Israel; and from it you shall give the Lord’s offering to Aaron the priest.Out of all your gifts you shall present every offering due to the Lord, from all the best of them, the sacred part from them.’And you shall say to them,‘ When you have offered from it the best of it, then the rest shall be credited to the Levites like the product of the threshing floor, and like the product of the wine vat.You may eat it anywhere, you and your households, for it is your compensation in return for your service in the tent of meeting.And you will bring on yourselves no sin by reason of it when you have offered the best of it. But you shall not profane the sacred gifts of the sons of Israel, so that you do not die.’ ”

And he shall make restitution for that which he has sinned against the holy thing, and shall add to it a fifth part of it and give it to the priest. The priest shall then make atonement for him with the ram of the guilt offering, and it will be forgiven him.

“ Then you shall take fine flour and bake twelve cakes with it; two tenths of an ephah shall be in each cake.And you shall set them in two rows, six to a row, on the pure gold table before the Lord.You shall put pure frankincense on each row so that it may be a memorial portion for the bread, an offering by fire to the Lord.Every Sabbath day he shall set it in order before the Lord continually; it is an everlasting covenant for the sons of Israel.And it shall be for Aaron and his sons, and they shall eat it in a holy place; for it is most holy to him from the Lord’s offerings by fire, his portion forever.”

‘ Now if it is an animal of the kind that one can present as an offering to the Lord, any such animal that one gives to the Lord shall be holy.He shall not replace it nor exchange it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good; yet if he does exchange animal for animal, then both it and its substitute shall become holy.If, however, it is any unclean animal of the kind which one does not present as an offering to the Lord, then he shall place the animal before the priest.And the priest shall assess it as either good or bad; as you, the priest, assess it, so shall it be.But if he should ever want to redeem it, then he shall add a fifth of it to your assessment.‘ Now if someone consecrates his house as holy to the Lord, then the priest shall assess it as either good or bad; as the priest assesses it, so shall it stand.Yet if the one who consecrates it should want to redeem his house, then he shall add a fifth of your assessment price to it, so that it may be his.‘ Again, if someone consecrates to the Lord part of the field of his own property, then your assessment shall be proportionate to the seed needed for it: a homer of barley seed at fifty shekels of silver.If he consecrates his field as of the year of jubilee, according to your assessment it shall stand.If he consecrates his field after the jubilee, however, then the priest shall calculate the price for him proportionate to the years that are left until the year of jubilee; and it shall be deducted from your assessment.If the one who consecrates it should ever want to redeem the field, then he shall add a fifth of your assessment price to it, so that it may belong to him.Yet if he does not redeem the field, but has sold the field to another person, it may no longer be redeemed;and when it reverts in the jubilee, the field shall be holy to the Lord, like a field banned from secular use; it shall be for the priest as his property.Or if he consecrates to the Lord a field which he has bought, which is not a part of the field of his own property,then the priest shall calculate for him the amount of your assessment up to the year of jubilee; and he shall on that day give your assessment as holy to the Lord.In the year of jubilee the field shall return to the one from whom he bought it, to whom the possession of the land belongs.Every assessment of yours, moreover, shall be by the shekel of the sanctuary. The shekel shall be twenty gerahs.‘ However, a firstborn among animals, which as a firstborn belongs to the Lord, no one may consecrate; whether ox or sheep, it is the Lord’s.But if it is among the unclean animals, then he shall redeem it according to your assessment and add to it a fifth of it; and if it is not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to your assessment.‘ Nevertheless, anything which someone sets apart to the Lord for destruction out of all that he has, of man or animal or of the field of his own property, shall not be sold nor redeemed. Anything set apart for destruction is most holy to the Lord.No one who may have been set apart among mankind shall be ransomed; he must be put to death.‘ Now all the tithe of the land, of the seed of the land or of the fruit of the tree, is the Lord’s; it is holy to the Lord.If, therefore, someone should ever want to redeem part of his tithe, he shall add to it a fifth of it.For every tenth part of herd or flock, whatever passes under the rod, the tenth one shall be holy to the Lord.He is not to be concerned whether it is good or bad, nor shall he exchange it; yet if he does exchange it, then both it and its substitute shall become holy. It shall not be redeemed.’ ”

I will also walk among you and be your God, and you shall be My people.I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt so that you would not be their slaves, and I broke your yoke and made you walk erect.

Only your holy things which you may have and your vowed offerings, you shall take and go to the place which the Lord chooses.

You shall keep My Sabbaths and revere My sanctuary; I am the Lord.If you walk in My statutes and keep My commandments so as to carry them out,then I shall give you rains in their season, so that the land will yield its produce and the trees of the field will bear their fruit.Indeed, your threshing season will last for you until grape gathering, and grape gathering will last until sowing time. So you will eat your food to the full and live securely in your land.I shall also grant peace in the land, so that you may lie down, with no one to make you afraid. I shall also eliminate harmful animals from the land, and no sword will pass through your land.Instead, you will chase your enemies, and they will fall before you by the sword;five of you will chase a hundred, and a hundred of you will chase ten thousand; and your enemies will fall before you by the sword.

‘ And if by these things you do not learn your lesson regarding Me, but you show hostility toward Me,then I in turn will show hostility toward you; and I, even I, will strike you seven times for your sins.I will also bring upon you a sword which will execute vengeance for the covenant; and when you gather together into your cities, I will send a plague among you, so that you will be handed over to the enemy.When I break your staff of bread, ten women will bake your bread in one oven, and they will bring back your bread in rationed amounts, so that you will eat and not be satisfied.‘ Yet if in spite of this you do not obey Me, but act with hostility against Me,

‘ Now if a person sins after he hears a public order to testify when he is a witness, whether he has seen or otherwise known, if he does not tell it, then he will bear his punishment.Or if a person touches any unclean thing, whether a carcass of an unclean animal, or the carcass of unclean cattle, or a carcass of unclean swarming things, though it is hidden from him and he is unclean, then he will be guilty.

But if the person has no redeemer to whom restitution may be made for the wrong, the restitution which is made for the wrong must go to the Lord for the priest, besides the ram of atonement, by which atonement is made for him.

Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,“ Tell Aaron and his sons to be careful with the holy gifts of the sons of Israel, which they dedicate to Me, so as not to profane My holy name; I am the Lord.Say to them,‘ Any man among all your descendants throughout your generations who approaches the holy gifts which the sons of Israel consecrate to the Lord, while he has an uncleanness, that person shall be cut off from My presence; I am the Lord.No man of the descendants of Aaron, who has leprosy or has a discharge, may eat of the holy gifts until he is clean. And one who touches anything made unclean by a corpse, or a man who has a seminal emission,or a man who touches any swarming things by which he is made unclean, or touches any person by whom he is made unclean, whatever his uncleanness;a person who touches any such thing shall be unclean until evening, and shall not eat of the holy gifts unless he has bathed his body in water.But when the sun sets, he will be clean, and afterward he may eat of the holy gifts, for it is his food.He shall not eat an animal which dies or is torn by animals, becoming unclean by it; I am the Lord.They shall therefore perform their duty to Me, so that they do not bear sin because of it and die by it because they profane it; I am the Lord who sanctifies them.‘ No layman, however, is to eat the holy gift; a foreign resident with the priest or a hired worker shall not eat the holy gift.But if a priest buys a slave as his property with his money, that person may eat of it, and those who are born in his house may eat of his food.If a priest’s daughter is married to a layman, she shall not eat of the offering of the holy gifts.But if a priest’s daughter becomes a widow or divorced, and has no child and returns to her father’s house as in her youth, she may eat of her father’s food; but no layman shall eat of it.If, however, someone eats a holy food unintentionally, then he shall add to it a fifth of it and shall give the holy food to the priest.And they shall not profane the holy gifts of the sons of Israel, which they offer to the Lord,and thereby bring upon them punishment for guilt by eating their holy gifts; for I am the Lord who sanctifies them.’ ”

“ Then it shall be, when you enter the land which the Lord your God is giving you as an inheritance, and you take possession of it and live in it,that you shall take some of the first of all the produce of the ground which you bring in from your land that the Lord your God gives you, and you shall put it in a basket and go to the place where the Lord your God chooses to establish His name.And you shall go to the priest who is in office at that time and say to him,‘ I declare today to the Lord my God that I have entered the land which the Lord swore to our fathers to give us.’Then the priest shall take the basket from your hand and set it before the altar of the Lord your God.And you shall respond and say before the Lord your God,‘ My father was a wandering Aramean, and he went down to Egypt and resided there, few in number; but there he became a great, mighty, and populous nation.And the Egyptians treated us badly and oppressed us, and imposed hard labor on us.Then we cried out to the Lord, the God of our fathers, and the Lord heard our voice and saw our wretched condition, our trouble, and our oppression;and the Lord brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand, an outstretched arm, and with great terror, and with signs and wonders;and He has brought us to this place, and has given us this land, a land flowing with milk and honey.And now behold, I have brought the first of the produce of the ground which You, Lord have given me.’ Then you shall set it before the Lord your God, and worship before the Lord your God;and you, the Levite, and the stranger who is among you shall rejoice in all the good which the Lord your God has given you and your household.“ When you have finished paying all the tithe of your produce in the third year, the year of the tithe, then you shall give it to the Levite, to the stranger, to the orphan, and to the widow, so that they may eat in your towns and be satisfied.And you shall say before the Lord your God,‘ I have removed the sacred portion from my house, and have also given it to the Levite, the stranger, the orphan, and the widow, in accordance with all Your commandments which You have commanded me; I have not violated or forgotten any of Your commandments.I have not eaten of it while mourning, nor have I removed any of it while I was unclean, nor offered any of it to the dead. I have listened to the voice of the Lord my God; I have acted in accordance with everything that You have commanded me.Look down from Your holy dwelling place, from heaven, and bless Your people Israel, and the ground which You have given us, a land flowing with milk and honey just as You swore to our fathers.’

“ Why did you not eat the sin offering at the holy place? For it is most holy, and He gave it to you to take away the guilt of the congregation, to make atonement for them before the Lord.Behold, since its blood had not been brought inside, into the sanctuary, you certainly should have eaten it in the sanctuary, just as I commanded!”
