If any one commit a trespass, and sin unwittingly, in the holy things of Jehovah; then he shall bring his trespass- offering unto Jehovah, a ram without blemish out of the flock, according to thy estimation in silver by shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary, for a trespass- offering:

“若有人在耶和华的圣物上无意中犯了罪，有了过犯，就要献羊群中一只没有残疾的公绵羊给耶和华为赎愆祭，或依圣所的舍客勒所估定的银子，作为赎愆祭。

“若有人在耶和华的圣物上无意中犯了罪，有了过犯，就要献羊群中一只没有残疾的公绵羊给耶和华为赎愆祭，或依圣所的舍客勒所估定的银子，作为赎愆祭。

“如果有人无意中违犯了耶和华圣物的条例，为了赎过，他要从羊群中选一只毫无残疾的公绵羊献给耶和华，或按圣所的秤献上同等价值的银子。这是赎过祭。

“如果有人在耶和华的圣物上不忠实，无意犯了罪，他就要依照你按着圣所衡量银子标准所估的银价，把他的赎愆祭牲，就是羊群中一只没有残疾的公绵羊，牵到耶和华面前作赎愆祭。

「人若在耶和華的聖物上誤犯了罪，有了過犯，就要照你所估的，按聖所的舍客勒拿銀子，將贖愆祭牲－就是羊羣中一隻沒有殘疾的公綿羊－牽到耶和華面前為贖愆祭；

「若有人在耶和華的聖物上無意中犯了罪，有了過犯，就要獻羊羣中一隻沒有殘疾的公綿羊給耶和華為贖愆祭，或依聖所的舍客勒所估定的銀子，作為贖愆祭。

「若有人在耶和華的聖物上無意中犯了罪，有了過犯，就要獻羊羣中一隻沒有殘疾的公綿羊給耶和華為贖愆祭，或依聖所的舍客勒所估定的銀子，作為贖愆祭。

「如果有人無意中違犯了耶和華聖物的條例，為了贖過，他要從羊群中選一隻毫無殘疾的公綿羊獻給耶和華，或按聖所的秤獻上同等價值的銀子。這是贖過祭。

“如果有人在耶和華的聖物上不忠實，無意犯了罪，他就要依照你按著聖所衡量銀子標準所估的銀價，把他的贖愆祭牲，就是羊群中一隻沒有殘疾的公綿羊，牽到耶和華面前作贖愆祭。

『若有人在永恆主的聖物上不忠實，誤犯了罪，他就要照你所估定的銀兩、按聖所的舍客勒、將他的解罪責祭牲、就是羊羣中一隻完全沒有殘疾的公綿羊、帶到永恆主面前為解罪責祭，

如人於獻耶和華之聖物、偶有差失、致獲罪愆、則必獻補過之祭於耶和華、即牡綿羊之一、純全無疵、循聖所權衡、依爾所估之價、幾舍客勒、以補其過、

如人當獻我之物、偶有差失、致獲罪愆、則必獻我牡綿羊、純潔是務、循聖所權衡、依爾所估之價、以補其過。

人若誤佔獻主之聖物犯罪、則當依爾所估之銀舍客勒若干、按聖所權衡、購無疵之牡羊、獻於主為贖愆祭、

“ When anyone is unfaithful to the Lord by sinning unintentionally in regard to any of the Lord’s holy things, they are to bring to the Lord as a penalty a ram from the flock, one without defect and of the proper value in silver, according to the sanctuary shekel. It is a guilt offering.

“ Suppose someone is unfaithful to me and sins. And they do it without meaning to. Here is how they sin against me or my priests. They refuse to give the priests one of the holy things set apart for them. Then they must bring me a ram from the flock. It must not have any flaws. It must be worth the required amount of silver. The silver must be weighed out in keeping with the standard weights that are used in the sacred tent. The ram is a guilt offering. It will pay for their sin.

“ If anyone commits a breach of faith and sins unintentionally in any of the holy things of the Lord, he shall bring to the Lord as his compensation, a ram without blemish out of the flock, valued in silver shekels, according to the shekel of the sanctuary, for a guilt offering.

“ If one of you commits a sin by unintentionally defiling the Lord’s sacred property, you must bring a guilt offering to the Lord. The offering must be your own ram with no defects, or you may buy one of equal value with silver, as measured by the weight of the sanctuary shekel.

“ If someone offends by sinning unintentionally in regard to any of the LORD’s holy things, he must bring his penalty for guilt to the LORD: an unblemished ram from the flock( based on your assessment of its value in silver shekels, according to the sanctuary shekel) as a guilt offering.

“ If a person acts unfaithfully and sins unintentionally against the Lord’s holy things, then he shall bring his guilt offering to the Lord: a ram without defect from the flock, according to your assessment in silver by shekels, in terms of the shekel of the sanctuary, as a guilt offering.

“ If a person commits a trespass, and sins unintentionally in regard to the holy things of the Lord, then he shall bring to the Lord as his trespass offering a ram without blemish from the flocks, with your valuation in shekels of silver according to the shekel of the sanctuary, as a trespass offering.

“ If someone offends by sinning unintentionally in regard to any of the Lord’s holy things, he must bring his restitution offering to the Lord: an unblemished ram from the flock( based on your assessment of its value in silver shekels, according to the sanctuary shekel) as a restitution offering.

If a soul commit a trespass, and sin through ignorance, in the holy things of the LORD; then he shall bring for his trespass unto the LORD a ram without blemish out of the flocks, with thy estimation by shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary, for a trespass offering:

“ When a person commits a trespass and sins by straying unintentionally from the regulations about the Lord’s holy things, then he must bring his penalty for guilt to the LORD, a flawless ram from the flock, convertible into silver shekels according to the standard of the sanctuary shekel, for a guilt offering.

“ If anyone commits a trespass, and sins unwittingly regarding Yahweh’s holy things, then he shall bring his trespass offering to Yahweh: a ram without defect from the flock, according to your estimation in silver by shekels, according to the shekel of the sanctuary, for a trespass offering.

This they shall give, every one that passeth over unto them that are numbered, half a shekel after the shekel of the sanctuary;( the shekel is twenty gerahs;) half a shekel for an offering to Jehovah.

Every male among the priests shall eat thereof: it shall be eaten in a holy place: it is most holy.

And this is the law of the trespass- offering: it is most holy.

And he shall bring his trespass- offering unto Jehovah, a ram without blemish out of the flock, according to thy estimation, for a trespass- offering, unto the priest:

Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, If any one shall sin unwittingly, in any of the things which Jehovah hath commanded not to be done, and shall do any one of them:

And they gave their hand that they would put away their wives; and being guilty, they offered a ram of the flock for their guilt.

And I will set my face against you, and ye shall be smitten before your enemies: they that hate you shall rule over you; and ye shall flee when none pursueth you.And if ye will not yet for these things hearken unto me, then I will chastise you seven times more for your sins.

And he shall bring a ram without blemish out of the flock, according to thy estimation, for a trespass- offering, unto the priest; and the priest shall make atonement for him concerning the thing wherein he erred unwittingly and knew it not, and he shall be forgiven.

All the firstling males that are born of thy herd and of thy flock thou shalt sanctify unto Jehovah thy God: thou shalt do no work with the firstling of thy herd, nor shear the firstling of thy flock.Thou shalt eat it before Jehovah thy God year by year in the place which Jehovah shall choose, thou and thy household.

But unto the place which Jehovah your God shall choose out of all your tribes, to put his name there, even unto his habitation shall ye seek, and thither thou shalt come;and thither ye shall bring your burnt- offerings, and your sacrifices, and your tithes, and the heave- offering of your hand, and your vows, and your freewill- offerings, and the firstlings of your herd and of your flock:and there ye shall eat before Jehovah your God, and ye shall rejoice in all that ye put your hand unto, ye and your households, wherein Jehovah thy God hath blessed thee.Ye shall not do after all the things that we do here this day, every man whatsoever is right in his own eyes;for ye are not as yet come to the rest and to the inheritance, which Jehovah thy God giveth thee.But when ye go over the Jordan, and dwell in the land which Jehovah your God causeth you to inherit, and he giveth you rest from all your enemies round about, so that ye dwell in safety;then it shall come to pass that to the place which Jehovah your God shall choose, to cause his name to dwell there, thither shall ye bring all that I command you: your burnt- offerings, and your sacrifices, your tithes, and the heave- offering of your hand, and all your choice vows which ye vow unto Jehovah.And ye shall rejoice before Jehovah your God, ye, and your sons, and your daughters, and your men- servants, and your maid- servants, and the Levite that is within your gates, forasmuch as he hath no portion nor inheritance with you.

This shall be thine of the most holy things, reserved from the fire: every oblation of theirs, even every meal- offering of theirs, and every sin- offering of theirs, and every trespass- offering of theirs, which they shall render unto me, shall be most holy for thee and for thy sons.As the most holy things shalt thou eat thereof; every male shall eat thereof: it shall be holy unto thee.And this is thine: the heave- offering of their gift, even all the wave- offerings of the children of Israel; I have given them unto thee, and to thy sons and to thy daughters with thee, as a portion for ever; every one that is clean in thy house shall eat thereof.All the best of the oil, and all the best of the vintage, and of the grain, the first- fruits of them which they give unto Jehovah, to thee have I given them.The first- ripe fruits of all that is in their land, which they bring unto Jehovah, shall be thine; every one that is clean in thy house shall eat thereof.Everything devoted in Israel shall be thine.Everything that openeth the womb, of all flesh which they offer unto Jehovah, both of man and beast shall be thine: nevertheless the first- born of man shalt thou surely redeem, and the firstling of unclean beasts shalt thou redeem.And those that are to be redeemed of them from a month old shalt thou redeem, according to thine estimation, for the money of five shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary( the same is twenty gerahs).But the firstling of a cow, or the firstling of a sheep, or the firstling of a goat, thou shalt not redeem; they are holy: thou shalt sprinkle their blood upon the altar, and shalt burn their fat for an offering made by fire, for a sweet savor unto Jehovah.And the flesh of them shall be thine, as the wave- breast and as the right thigh, it shall be thine.All the heave- offerings of the holy things, which the children of Israel offer unto Jehovah, have I given thee, and thy sons and thy daughters with thee, as a portion for ever: it is a covenant of salt for ever before Jehovah unto thee and to thy seed with thee.And Jehovah said unto Aaron, Thou shalt have no inheritance in their land, neither shalt thou have any portion among them: I am thy portion and thine inheritance among the children of Israel.And unto the children of Levi, behold, I have given all the tithe in Israel for an inheritance, in return for their service which they serve, even the service of the tent of meeting.And henceforth the children of Israel shall not come nigh the tent of meeting, lest they bear sin, and die.But the Levites shall do the service of the tent of meeting, and they shall bear their iniquity: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations; and among the children of Israel they shall have no inheritance.For the tithe of the children of Israel, which they offer as a heave- offering unto Jehovah, I have given to the Levites for an inheritance: therefore I have said unto them, Among the children of Israel they shall have no inheritance.And Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying,Moreover thou shalt speak unto the Levites, and say unto them, When ye take of the children of Israel the tithe which I have given you from them for your inheritance, then ye shall offer up a heave- offering of it for Jehovah, a tithe of the tithe.And your heave- offering shall be reckoned unto you, as though it were the grain of the threshing- floor, and as the fulness of the winepress.Thus ye also shall offer a heave- offering unto Jehovah of all your tithes, which ye receive of the children of Israel; and thereof ye shall give Jehovah’s heave- offering to Aaron the priest.Out of all your gifts ye shall offer every heave- offering of Jehovah, of all the best thereof, even the hallowed part thereof out of it.Therefore thou shalt say unto them, When ye heave the best thereof from it, then it shall be reckoned unto the Levites as the increase of the threshing- floor, and as the increase of the wine- press.And ye shall eat it in every place, ye and your households: for it is your reward in return for your service in the tent of meeting.And ye shall bear no sin by reason of it, when ye have heaved from it the best thereof: and ye shall not profane the holy things of the children of Israel, that ye die not.

and he shall make restitution for that which he hath done amiss in the holy thing, and shall add the fifth part thereto, and give it unto the priest; and the priest shall make atonement for him with the ram of the trespass- offering, and he shall be forgiven.

And thou shalt take fine flour, and bake twelve cakes thereof: two tenth parts of an ephah shall be in one cake.And thou shalt set them in two rows, six on a row, upon the pure table before Jehovah.And thou shalt put pure frankincense upon each row, that it may be to the bread for a memorial, even an offering made by fire unto Jehovah.Every sabbath day he shall set it in order before Jehovah continually; it is on the behalf of the children of Israel, an everlasting covenant.And it shall be for Aaron and his sons; and they shall eat it in a holy place: for it is most holy unto him of the offerings of Jehovah made by fire by a perpetual statute.

And if it be a beast, whereof men offer an oblation unto Jehovah, all that any man giveth of such unto Jehovah shall be holy.He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change beast for beast, then both it and that for which it is changed shall be holy.And if it be any unclean beast, of which they do not offer an oblation unto Jehovah, then he shall set the beast before the priest;and the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad: as thou the priest valuest it, so shall it be.But if he will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part thereof unto thy estimation.And when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy unto Jehovah, then the priest shall estimate it, whether it be good or bad: as the priest shall estimate it, so shall it stand.And if he that sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be his.And if a man shall sanctify unto Jehovah part of the field of his possession, then thy estimation shall be according to the sowing thereof: the sowing of a homer of barley shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.If he sanctify his field from the year of jubilee, according to thy estimation it shall stand.But if he sanctify his field after the jubilee, then the priest shall reckon unto him the money according to the years that remain unto the year of jubilee; and an abatement shall be made from thy estimation.And if he that sanctified the field will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be assured to him.And if he will not redeem the field, or if he have sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more:but the field, when it goeth out in the jubilee, shall be holy unto Jehovah, as a field devoted; the possession thereof shall be the priest’s.And if he sanctify unto Jehovah a field which he hath bought, which is not of the field of his possession;then the priest shall reckon unto him the worth of thy estimation unto the year of jubilee: and he shall give thine estimation in that day, as a holy thing unto Jehovah.In the year of jubilee the field shall return unto him of whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land belongeth.And all thy estimations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.Only the firstling among beasts, which is made a firstling to Jehovah, no man shall sanctify it; whether it be ox or sheep, it is Jehovah’s.And if it be of an unclean beast, then he shall ransom it according to thine estimation, and shall add unto it the fifth part thereof: or if it be not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to thy estimation.Notwithstanding, no devoted thing, that a man shall devote unto Jehovah of all that he hath, whether of man or beast, or of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy unto Jehovah.No one devoted, that shall be devoted from among men, shall be ransomed; he shall surely be put to death.And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, is Jehovah’s: it is holy unto Jehovah.And if a man will redeem aught of his tithe, he shall add unto it the fifth part thereof.And all the tithe of the herd or the flock, whatsoever passeth under the rod, the tenth shall be holy unto Jehovah.He shall not search whether it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he change it at all, then both it and that for which it is changed shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.

And I will walk among you, and will be your God, and ye shall be my people.I am Jehovah your God, who brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, that ye should not be their bondmen; and I have broken the bars of your yoke, and made you go upright.

Only thy holy things which thou hast, and thy vows, thou shalt take, and go unto the place which Jehovah shall choose;

Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am Jehovah.If ye walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them;then I will give your rains in their season, and the land shall yield its increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.And your threshing shall reach unto the vintage, and the vintage shall reach unto the sowing time; and ye shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely.And I will give peace in the land, and ye shall lie down, and none shall make you afraid: and I will cause evil beasts to cease out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land.And ye shall chase your enemies, and they shall fall before you by the sword.And five of you shall chase a hundred, and a hundred of you shall chase ten thousand; and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword.

And if by these things ye will not be reformed unto me, but will walk contrary unto me;then will I also walk contrary unto you; and I will smite you, even I, seven times for your sins.And I will bring a sword upon you, that shall execute the vengeance of the covenant; and ye shall be gathered together within your cities: and I will send the pestilence among you; and ye shall be delivered into the hand of the enemy.When I break your staff of bread, ten women shall bake your bread in one oven, and they shall deliver your bread again by weight: and ye shall eat, and not be satisfied.And if ye will not for all this hearken unto me, but walk contrary unto me;

And if any one sin, in that he heareth the voice of adjuration, he being a witness, whether he hath seen or known, if he do not utter it, then he shall bear his iniquity.Or if any one touch any unclean thing, whether it be the carcass of an unclean beast, or the carcass of unclean cattle, or the carcass of unclean creeping things, and it be hidden from him, and he be unclean, then he shall be guilty.

But if the man have no kinsman to whom restitution may be made for the guilt, the restitution for guilt which is made unto Jehovah shall be the priest’s; besides the ram of the atonement, whereby atonement shall be made for him.

And Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying,Speak unto Aaron and to his sons, that they separate themselves from the holy things of the children of Israel, which they hallow unto me, and that they profane not my holy name: I am Jehovah.Say unto them, Whosoever he be of all your seed throughout your generations, that approacheth unto the holy things, which the children of Israel hallow unto Jehovah, having his uncleanness upon him, that soul shall be cut off from before me: I am Jehovah.What man soever of the seed of Aaron is a leper, or hath an issue; he shall not eat of the holy things, until he be clean. And whoso toucheth anything that is unclean by the dead, or a man whose seed goeth from him;or whosoever toucheth any creeping thing, whereby he may be made unclean, or a man of whom he may take uncleanness, whatsoever uncleanness he hath;the soul that toucheth any such shall be unclean until the even, and shall not eat of the holy things, unless he bathe his flesh in water.And when the sun is down, he shall be clean; and afterward he shall eat of the holy things, because it is his bread.That which dieth of itself, or is torn of beasts, he shall not eat, to defile himself therewith: I am Jehovah.They shall therefore keep my charge, lest they bear sin for it, and die therein, if they profane it: I am Jehovah who sanctifieth them.There shall no stranger eat of the holy thing: a sojourner of the priest’s, or a hired servant, shall not eat of the holy thing.But if a priest buy any soul, the purchase of his money, he shall eat of it; and such as are born in his house, they shall eat of his bread.And if a priest’s daughter be married unto a stranger, she shall not eat of the heave- offering of the holy things.But if a priest’s daughter be a widow, or divorced, and have no child, and be returned unto her father’s house, as in her youth, she shall eat of her father’s bread: but there shall no stranger eat thereof.And if a man eat of the holy thing unwittingly, then he shall put the fifth part thereof unto it, and shall give unto the priest the holy thing.And they shall not profane the holy things of the children of Israel, which they offer unto Jehovah,and so cause them to bear the iniquity that bringeth guilt, when they eat their holy things: for I am Jehovah who sanctifieth them.

And it shall be, when thou art come in unto the land which Jehovah thy God giveth thee for an inheritance, and possessest it, and dwellest therein,that thou shalt take of the first of all the fruit of the ground, which thou shalt bring in from thy land that Jehovah thy God giveth thee; and thou shalt put it in a basket, and shalt go unto the place which Jehovah thy God shall choose, to cause his name to dwell there.And thou shalt come unto the priest that shall be in those days, and say unto him, I profess this day unto Jehovah thy God, that I am come unto the land which Jehovah sware unto our fathers to give us.And the priest shall take the basket out of thy hand, and set it down before the altar of Jehovah thy God.And thou shalt answer and say before Jehovah thy God, A Syrian ready to perish was my father; and he went down into Egypt, and sojourned there, few in number; and he became there a nation, great, mighty, and populous.And the Egyptians dealt ill with us, and afflicted us, and laid upon us hard bondage:and we cried unto Jehovah, the God of our fathers, and Jehovah heard our voice, and saw our affliction, and our toil, and our oppression;and Jehovah brought us forth out of Egypt with a mighty hand, and with an outstretched arm, and with great terribleness, and with signs, and with wonders;and he hath brought us into this place, and hath given us this land, a land flowing with milk and honey.And now, behold, I have brought the first of the fruit of the ground, which thou, O Jehovah, hast given me. And thou shalt set it down before Jehovah thy God, and worship before Jehovah thy God:and thou shalt rejoice in all the good which Jehovah thy God hath given unto thee, and unto thy house, thou, and the Levite, and the sojourner that is in the midst of thee.When thou hast made an end of tithing all the tithe of thine increase in the third year, which is the year of tithing, then thou shalt give it unto the Levite, to the sojourner, to the fatherless, and to the widow, that they may eat within thy gates, and be filled.And thou shalt say before Jehovah thy God, I have put away the hallowed things out of my house, and also have given them unto the Levite, and unto the sojourner, to the fatherless, and to the widow, according to all thy commandment which thou hast commanded me: I have not transgressed any of thy commandments, neither have I forgotten them:I have not eaten thereof in my mourning, neither have I put away thereof, being unclean, nor given thereof for the dead: I have hearkened to the voice of Jehovah my God; I have done according to all that thou hast commanded me.Look down from thy holy habitation, from heaven, and bless thy people Israel, and the ground which thou hast given us, as thou swarest unto our fathers, a land flowing with milk and honey.

Wherefore have ye not eaten the sin- offering in the place of the sanctuary, seeing it is most holy, and he hath given it you to bear the iniquity of the congregation, to make atonement for them before Jehovah?Behold, the blood of it was not brought into the sanctuary within: ye should certainly have eaten it in the sanctuary, as I commanded.
