They shall remove all the fat, just as the fat is removed from the lamb of the fellowship offering, and the priest shall burn it on the altar on top of the food offerings presented to the Lord. 主耶穌被交出去，是為了我們的過犯；復活，是為了我們稱義。

他沒有犯過罪，在他口中也找不出詭詐；

他在木頭上，以自己的身體親自擔當了我們的罪孽，好使我們既然向罪而死，就能向義而活；因他受的鞭傷，你們得了痊癒。

他自己為我們的罪孽做了平息祭，不僅是為我們的罪，也是為全世界的罪。

從那信實的見證者、死人中首先復活的、地上眾君王的元首耶穌基督，臨到你們！他愛我們，用自己的血，把我們從我們的罪孽中釋放出來，又使我們成為國度，做他父神的祭司。願榮耀和權能都歸於他，直到永永遠遠！阿們。

神差派了自己的獨生子到世上來，好使我們能藉著他而活；如此，屬神的愛就在我們裡面顯明了。並不是我們愛了神，而是神愛了我們，差派他的兒子來，為我們的罪孽做了平息祭——在這裡就是愛了。

但是恩賜不同於過犯。原來，一個人的過犯尚且使眾人都死了，何況神的恩典和耶穌基督一個人恩典裡的賞賜，難道不更要豐豐富富地臨到眾人嗎？而且，恩賜不同於由一個人犯罪而來的後果。因為，由一次過犯而來的審判雖然導致了定罪，但由很多過犯而來的恩賜卻導致了稱義。實際上，一個人的過犯尚且使死亡藉著這一個人掌了權，何況那些領受豐富之恩典和稱義之賞賜的人，難道不更要藉著耶穌基督一個人，在生命裡掌權嗎？由此可見，藉著一次的過犯導致了所有人的定罪；照樣，藉著一次的義行給所有的人帶來永生的稱義。就是說，藉著一個人的悖逆，眾人怎樣都成了罪人；藉著一個人的順從，眾人將怎樣成為義人。律法出現，為要使過犯增多；可是，罪在哪裡增多，恩典就在哪裡格外增多。這樣，就像罪藉著死亡掌權，恩典也照樣藉著義掌權，使人藉著我們的主耶穌基督進入永恆的生命。

要在愛中行事，就像基督也愛了我們，為我們捨棄了自己，做供物和祭物獻給神，成為馨香的氣味。

因為基督也曾一次為了贖罪而受苦，就是義的代替不義的，為要把你們帶到神的面前。照著肉身說，基督固然被處死了；但照著靈說，他卻得以復活了。

所以，我們既然有一位已經越過了諸天的、尊貴的大祭司——神的兒子耶穌，我們就要持守信仰告白；

因為你們知道，你們被救贖，脫離祖先所傳下來的虛妄行為，不是憑著會朽壞的東西，如銀子或金子，而是憑著那像羔羊一樣毫無瑕疵、毫無玷汙的基督寶血。

但藉著神的恩典，藉著在基督耶穌裡的救贖，卻無償地被稱為義。神預先定下耶穌為平息祭，是用耶穌的血、藉著人的信，為要顯明神自己的義；因為他用忍耐的心，寬容人過去所犯的罪，為了在現今的時刻顯明他的義，好表明他自己為義，也稱信耶穌的人為義。

所以現在，那些在基督耶穌裡的人，就不被定罪了，

但如果我們在光明中行走，就像神在光明中那樣，我們就是彼此相契合的；而且神的兒子耶穌的血也潔淨我們脫離一切的罪。

在他裡面，我們得蒙救贖，罪得赦免。

這樣一位聖潔、沒有邪惡、毫無玷汙、與罪人分開、高過諸天的大祭司，對我們實在是合宜的。

更何況基督的血呢！基督藉著永恆的聖靈，將自己毫無瑕疵地獻給神，他的血難道不能潔淨我們的良心脫離致死的行為，使我們事奉永生的神嗎？

他是神榮耀的光輝，是神本體的真像，以自己大能的話語托住萬有。他成就了潔淨罪孽的事，就坐在高天至尊者的右邊。

神使那位沒有罪的替我們成為罪，好使我們在他裡面成為神的義。

原來，當我們還軟弱的時候，基督就按照所定的時候為不敬虔的人死了。為義人死，是少有的；為好人死，或許有敢做的；但是，當我們還是罪人的時候，基督就替我們死了。神的愛就在此向我們顯明了。所以，我們現在既然藉著基督的血被稱為義，難道不更要藉著他，從神的震怒中被拯救出來嗎？這樣，我們做神敵人的時候，尚且能藉著神兒子的死與神和好，何況和好以後，難道不更要藉著神兒子的生命得救嗎？不僅如此，我們現在藉著主耶穌基督與神和好了，就更要藉著他以神誇耀。

歸於他恩典榮耀的稱讚，這恩典是他在愛子裡特別賜給我們的。在他裡面，我們藉著他的血，得蒙救贖、過犯得到赦免，都是出於神恩典的豐盛。

事實上，基督是律法的終結，使所有相信的人都以致稱義。

因肉體軟弱的緣故，律法所做不到的，神卻做到了——神派遣了自己的兒子成為罪的肉身樣式，並且為了贖罪，用肉身判決了罪，使律法的公義規定，成全在我們這些不順著肉體卻順著聖靈行走的人身上。
