然而，時候一到，上帝就差遣自己的兒子藉著一位女子降生，並受律法的約束，為要救贖一切受律法約束的人，使我們成為祂的兒女。

從此不再分猶太人和希臘人，自由人和奴隸，男人和女人，因為你們都在基督耶穌裡合而為一了。

律法因為人性軟弱而無法成就的事，上帝親自成就了。祂差遣自己的兒子成為和罪人一樣有血有肉的人，作了贖罪祭，廢掉了罪的權勢，

所以，主會親自給你們一個徵兆，必有童貞女懷孕生子並給祂取名叫以馬內利。
