He shall burn all the fat on the altar as he burned the fat of the fellowship offering. In this way the priest will make atonement for the leader’s sin, and he will be forgiven.

He must burn all the fat on the altar. He must burn it in the same way he burned the fat of the friendship offering. When he does, he will pay for the sin of the leader. And the leader will be forgiven.

And all its fat he shall burn on the altar, like the fat of the sacrifice of peace offerings. So the priest shall make atonement for him for his sin, and he shall be forgiven.

Then he must burn all the goat’s fat on the altar, just as he does with the peace offering. Through this process, the priest will purify the leader from his sin, making him right with the Lord, and he will be forgiven.

當償所佔之聖物、又加五分之一、授於祭司、祭司用贖愆祭之牡羊、為之贖罪、彼必蒙赦宥、○

祭司在主前為誤犯罪者贖罪、必蒙赦宥、

彼於此數端中犯一端、如此、祭司為彼贖罪、必蒙赦宥、所餘之麵、歸於祭司、與素祭無異、○

亞倫及其諸子、於受膏之日、所當獻於主之素祭如是、當用細麵伊法十分之一、為常獻之素祭、朝獻其半、暮獻其半、和油炊於鏊、浸於油中、劈之為塊、獻為素祭、為馨香獻於主、亞倫子孫中、凡相繼受膏為大祭司者、必如是獻於主、當盡焚之、為永定之例、凡祭司所獻之素祭、必盡焚毋食、○主諭摩西曰、爾告亞倫及其諸子云、贖罪祭之例如是、在宰火焚祭牲之處、宰贖罪祭牲於主前、斯為至聖之物、贖罪祭牲之肉、獻祭之祭司可食、當食於聖所、在會幕之院中、凡捫祭牲肉者亦必成聖、若其血灑於衣上、則當於聖所洗滌、烹其肉、若用瓦器、則當碎之、若用銅器、則當磨之而滌以水、是肉為至聖、惟祭司之男子可食、凡贖罪祭牲、若其血攜入會幕內、為在聖所贖罪、其肉毋食、必焚之以火、

則當依爾所估之價、取一無疵之牡綿羊、攜至祭司前、為贖愆祭、祭司為彼贖無心誤犯之罪愆、必蒙赦宥、

祭司在主前、為彼贖罪、無論犯何端、必蒙赦宥、○
