我們都像迷路的羊，各人偏行己路，但上帝卻讓祂承擔我們眾人的罪惡。

上帝使無罪的基督擔當我們的罪，使我們可以藉著基督成為被上帝接納的義人。

弟兄姊妹，耶穌已用寶血為我們開闢了一條又新又活的路，使我們可以穿過幔子，就是祂的身體，坦然進入至聖所。

他要把公牛犢牽到會幕門口，將手放在牛頭上，在耶和華面前宰牛。

我們靠著基督、藉著信祂可以坦然無懼、毫無疑慮地來到上帝面前。

又有聲音從天上傳來：「這是我的愛子，我甚喜悅祂。」

獻祭者要把手放在牛頭上，在會幕門口宰牛。祭司——亞倫的子孫要把牛血灑在祭壇四周。獻祭者要從平安祭中獻上火祭給耶和華。他要取出遮蓋內臟的脂肪和內臟上的脂肪、兩個腎臟和腎臟上靠近腰部的脂肪以及肝葉。祭司要把這一切放在祭壇燃燒的木柴上和燔祭一起焚燒，作為蒙耶和華悅納的馨香火祭。

也就是說，上帝在基督裡使世人與自己和好，不再追究他們的過犯。祂已託付我們去傳揚這和好之道。
