“‘ If anyone dedicates their house as something holy to the Lord, the priest will judge its quality as good or bad. Whatever value the priest then sets, so it will remain.

“‘ Suppose someone sets apart their house as something holy to the Lord. Then the priest will decide whether it is good or bad. Its value will remain what he decides it will be.

“ When a man dedicates his house as a holy gift to the Lord, the priest shall value it as either good or bad; as the priest values it, so it shall stand.

“ If someone dedicates a house to the Lord, the priest will come to assess its value. The priest’s assessment will be final, whether high or low.

“ When a man consecrates his house as holy to the LORD, the priest will assess its value, whether high or low. The price will stand just as the priest assesses it.

‘ Now if someone consecrates his house as holy to the Lord, then the priest shall assess it as either good or bad; as the priest assesses it, so shall it stand.

And when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy unto Jehovah, then the priest shall estimate it, whether it be good or bad: as the priest shall estimate it, so shall it stand.

I will walk in the way of integrity. When will you come to me? I will conduct my business with integrity in the midst of my palace.I will not even consider doing what is dishonest. I hate doing evil; I will have no part of it.I will have nothing to do with a perverse person; I will not permit evil.I will destroy anyone who slanders his neighbor in secret. I will not tolerate anyone who has a cocky demeanor and an arrogant attitude.I will favor the honest people of the land, and allow them to live with me. Those who walk in the way of integrity will attend me.Deceitful people will not live in my palace. Liars will not be welcome in my presence.

When it reverts in the jubilee, the field will be holy to the LORD like a permanently dedicated field; it will become the priest’s property.

“‘ If a man sells a residential house in a walled city, its right of redemption must extend until one full year from its sale; its right of redemption must extend to a full calendar year.If it is not redeemed before the full calendar year is ended, the house in the walled city will belong without reclaim to the one who bought it throughout his generations; it will not revert in the jubilee.The houses of villages, however, which have no wall surrounding them must be considered as the field of the land; they will have the right of redemption and must revert in the jubilee.
