我賜境內平康、驅逐暴獸、毋許興戎、爾可安寢、無人使爾危懼。

我賜境內平康、爾必安寢、無人令爾驚懼、我於爾地必翦滅猛獸、不使兵刃經爾地、

“‘ I will grant peace in the land, and you will lie down and no one will make you afraid. I will remove wild beasts from the land, and the sword will not pass through your country.

“‘ I will give you peace in the land. You will be able to sleep because no one will make you afraid. I will remove wild animals from the land. There will not be any war in your country.

I will give peace in the land, and you shall lie down, and none shall make you afraid. And I will remove harmful beasts from the land, and the sword shall not go through your land.

“ I will give you peace in the land, and you will be able to sleep with no cause for fear. I will rid the land of wild animals and keep your enemies out of your land.

I will give peace to the land, and you will lie down with nothing to frighten you. I will remove dangerous animals from the land, and no sword will pass through your land.

I shall also grant peace in the land, so that you may lie down, with no one to make you afraid. I shall also eliminate harmful animals from the land, and no sword will pass through your land.

No lion shall be there, nor[ any] ravenous beast shall go up thereon, it shall not be found there; but the redeemed shall walk[ there]:

The remnant of Israel shall not do iniquity, nor speak lies; neither shall a deceitful tongue be found in their mouth: for they shall feed and lie down, and none shall make[ them] afraid.

He maketh peace[ in] thy borders,[ and] filleth thee with the finest of the wheat.

And I will make with them a covenant of peace, and will cause the evil beasts to cease out of the land: and they shall dwell safely in the wilderness, and sleep in the woods.

Therefore fear thou not, O my servant Jacob, saith the LORD; neither be dismayed, O Israel: for, lo, I will save thee from afar, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and shall be in rest, and be quiet, and none shall make[ him] afraid.

The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former, saith the LORD of hosts: and in this place will I give peace, saith the LORD of hosts.

If I cause noisome beasts to pass through the land, and they spoil it, so that it be desolate, that no man may pass through because of the beasts:

And in that day will I make a covenant for them with the beasts of the field, and with the fowls of heaven, and[ with] the creeping things of the ground: and I will break the bow and the sword and the battle out of the earth, and will make them to lie down safely.

The LORD will give strength unto his people; the LORD will bless his people with peace.

And I will cut off the chariot from Ephraim, and the horse from Jerusalem, and the battle bow shall be cut off: and he shall speak peace unto the heathen: and his dominion[ shall be] from sea[ even] to sea, and from the river[ even] to the ends of the earth.

Also thou shalt lie down, and none shall make[ thee] afraid; yea, many shall make suit unto thee.

Or[ if] I bring a sword upon that land, and say, Sword, go through the land; so that I cut off man and beast from it:

I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, LORD, only makest me dwell in safety.

So will I send upon you famine and evil beasts, and they shall bereave thee; and pestilence and blood shall pass through thee; and I will bring the sword upon thee. I the LORD have spoken[ it].

Behold, a son shall be born to thee, who shall be a man of rest; and I will give him rest from all his enemies round about: for his name shall be Solomon, and I will give peace and quietness unto Israel in his days.

But they shall sit every man under his vine and under his fig tree; and none shall make[ them] afraid: for the mouth of the LORD of hosts hath spoken[ it].

I will not drive them out from before thee in one year; lest the land become desolate, and the beast of the field multiply against thee.

And when Herod would have brought him forth, the same night Peter was sleeping between two soldiers, bound with two chains: and the keepers before the door kept the prison.

And[ so] it was at the beginning of their dwelling there,[ that] they feared not the LORD: therefore the LORD sent lions among them, which slew[ some] of them.Wherefore they spake to the king of Assyria, saying, The nations which thou hast removed, and placed in the cities of Samaria, know not the manner of the God of the land: therefore he hath sent lions among them, and, behold, they slay them, because they know not the manner of the God of the land.

For thus saith the Lord GOD; How much more when I send my four sore judgments upon Jerusalem, the sword, and the famine, and the noisome beast, and the pestilence, to cut off from it man and beast?

I laid me down and slept; I awaked; for the LORD sustained me.

Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:

Of the increase of[ his] government and peace[ there shall be] no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.

I will hear what God the LORD will speak: for he will speak peace unto his people, and to his saints: but let them not turn again to folly.

I will also send wild beasts among you, which shall rob you of your children, and destroy your cattle, and make you few in number; and your[ high] ways shall be desolate.

When thou liest down, thou shalt not be afraid: yea, thou shalt lie down, and thy sleep shall be sweet.

And he turned back, and looked on them, and cursed them in the name of the LORD. And there came forth two she bears out of the wood, and tare forty and two children of them.

And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things[ are] honest, whatsoever things[ are] just, whatsoever things[ are] pure, whatsoever things[ are] lovely, whatsoever things[ are] of good report; if[ there be] any virtue, and if[ there be] any praise, think on these things.Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.

I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these[ things].

Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman waketh[ but] in vain.[ It is] vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows:[ for] so he giveth his beloved sleep.

Upon this I awaked, and beheld; and my sleep was sweet unto me.

For thou shalt be in league with the stones of the field: and the beasts of the field shall be at peace with thee.

When thou goest, it shall lead thee; when thou sleepest, it shall keep thee; and[ when] thou awakest, it shall talk with thee.
