“‘ I will grant peace in the land, and you will lie down and no one will make you afraid. I will remove wild beasts from the land, and the sword will not pass through your country.

“‘ I will give you peace in the land. You will be able to sleep because no one will make you afraid. I will remove wild animals from the land. There will not be any war in your country.

I will give peace in the land, and you shall lie down, and none shall make you afraid. And I will remove harmful beasts from the land, and the sword shall not go through your land.

“ I will give you peace in the land, and you will be able to sleep with no cause for fear. I will rid the land of wild animals and keep your enemies out of your land.

以色列遺民、不復行惡言誑、口無詭譎之舌、或食或寢、無人怖之、○

使爾境內平康、飫爾以嘉麥兮、

我將與結平和之約、絕惡獸於斯土、使彼安居於野、寢息於林、

耶和華曰、我僕雅各歟、勿畏懼、以色列歟、勿驚惶、我必拯爾於遠方、援爾苗裔於虜至之地、雅各必返、寧謐綏安、無人使之恐怖、

此室其後之榮、較前尤大、萬軍之耶和華言之矣、我將錫平康於斯土、萬軍之耶和華言之矣、○

我若使暴獸經於其地、而毀壞之、致成荒蕪、因獸之故、無人過之、

是日也、我為我民、與野獸飛鳥昆蟲立約、且於斯土折諸弓刀、使無戰鬥、俾得安寢、

耶和華必錫其民以能力、耶和華必祝其民以平康兮、

我必絕以法蓮之車、與耶路撒冷之馬、除爭戰之弓、彼將向列邦言和平、其權所及、自此海至彼海、自大河至地極、

爾可偃臥、恐爾者無人、仰爾者維眾、

我若使鋒刃臨於斯土、曰鋒刃歟、遍經斯地、絕其人畜、

予坦懷偃息、蓋令我安然而居者、惟耶和華兮、

既降饑饉、亦遣暴獸、俾爾孤獨、疫癘流血經於爾邦、兵刃臨於爾身、我耶和華言之矣、

爾將生子、彼處平康、厥名所羅門、我必錫以綏安、使免四周諸敵之擾、彼在位時、我必錫綏安於以色列族、

惟各坐其葡萄及無花果樹下、無人使之恐怖、萬軍之耶和華口言之矣、

惟一年中、不盡逐之、免土地荒蕪、野獸孳生而害爾、

希律將曳之出、是夜、彼得繫於二鍊、寢二卒中、守者亦於獄門外守焉、

斯眾始居於彼之時、不寅畏耶和華、耶和華使獅入其中、殺其數人、或告亞述王曰、王所移居撒瑪利亞之族、不識斯土之神之律、故彼使獅入其中而殺之、

主耶和華曰、我以我之四重災、即鋒刃、饑饉、暴獸、疫癘、降於耶路撒冷、絕其人畜、其害豈非尤甚乎、

我偃而臥、我寢而醒、以耶和華佑我兮、

我遺爾以安、以我之安予爾、我所予、非如世所予、爾心勿憂勿懼、

是以我儕既因信見義、則由我主耶穌基督和於上帝、

其政治與和平、有加無已、在於大衛之位、治理其國、以公以義建立之、保定之、自今迄於永遠、萬軍耶和華之熱中、將成此焉、○

上帝耶和華所諭、我願聽之、必言和平於民、即其聖民、惟彼勿復妄為兮、

使暴獸入爾境、攘爾子女、滅爾牲畜、以致戶口凋零、道途寂寞、○

偃臥無懼、酣然而睡、

以利沙回顧、奉耶和華名詛之、遂有牝熊二、自林中出、裂童子四十二、

上帝之和平超乎人意、將於基督耶穌中、守衛爾心爾志、○兄弟乎、我猶有言、凡真實、端重、公義、清潔、可愛者、可稱者、或有何德何譽、爾宜念之、爾所學所受、所聞所見於我者、皆宜行之、則平康之上帝將偕爾、○

我作光造暗、錫平康、降災禍、我耶和華行此事焉、○

非耶和華建屋宇、則匠人之經營徒然、非耶和華衛城邑、則守者之儆醒徒然、爾曹夙興晏寢、勞苦謀食、俱係徒然、上帝所愛者、偃息之時、錫以綏安兮、

耶利米曰其時我寤、則覺其睡之甜、○
