昔我於異邦人目前、導其先祖出伊及國與之立約、欲為其天主、我必追憶此約、我乃主、

Nevertheless I withdrew mine hand, and wrought for my name’s sake, that it should not be polluted in the sight of the heathen, in whose sight I brought them forth.

That brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: I[ am] the LORD.

But I wrought for my name’s sake, that it should not be polluted before the heathen, among whom they[ were], in whose sight I made myself known unto them, in bringing them forth out of the land of Egypt.

The LORD hath made known his salvation: his righteousness hath he openly shewed in the sight of the heathen.He hath remembered his mercy and his truth toward the house of Israel: all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.

Now if the fall of them[ be] the riches of the world, and the diminishing of them the riches of the Gentiles; how much more their fulness?

To perform the mercy[ promised] to our fathers, and to remember his holy covenant;The oath which he sware to our father Abraham,

And I will bring you in unto the land, concerning the which I did swear to give it to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob; and I will give it you for an heritage: I[ am] the LORD.

I[ am] the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.

As concerning the gospel,[ they are] enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election,[ they are] beloved for the fathers’ sakes.For the gifts and calling of God[ are] without repentance.

But I wrought for my name’s sake, that it should not be polluted before the heathen, in whose sight I brought them out.

And God heard their groaning, and God remembered his covenant with Abraham, with Isaac, and with Jacob.

And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:

And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee.And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God.

Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth[ is] mine:And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These[ are] the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel.

But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart.Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the vail shall be taken away.

And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, shall be graffed in: for God is able to graff them in again.For if thou wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and wert graffed contrary to nature into a good olive tree: how much more shall these, which be the natural[ branches], be graffed into their own olive tree?For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
