我必使你們四散於外國中，我必拔刀來追趕你們，你們的地就荒涼，你們的城市就荒廢。

I will scatter you among the nations and will draw out my sword and pursue you. Your land will be laid waste, and your cities will lie in ruins.

『我用旋風吹散他們到他們所不認識的列國去。這樣、國土在他們去後也就變為荒涼，甚至無人來回經過；因為他們使可喜愛之地荒涼了。』

我並且在曠野也曾向他們舉手起誓過要使他們分散在列國，使他們四散在列邦；

永恆主必使你們分散於萬族之民中；在永恆主所要領你們到的列國中、你們剩下的人數必稀少。

你使我們像羊給人吞喫，使我們四散於列國中。

我必將他們分散在列國中，就是他們和他們列祖素不認識的；我必打發刀劍追殺他們，直到將他們滅盡。』

他們必倒斃在刀刃之下，必被擄到萬國去；耶路撒冷必被外國人踐踏，直到外國人的時期滿限。

我要使你分散在列國，將你四散在列邦；我要從你中間消滅你的污穢。

他四圍一切援助他的、和他所有的部隊、我都必給四散於四方；我必拔刀追趕他們。我使他們分散在列國，四散在列邦，他們就知道我乃是永恆主。但我卻要留下他們少數的人免遭刀劍、免受饑荒、免患瘟疫，使他們在所到的列國中敘說他們一切可厭惡之像的事，他們就知道我乃是永恆主。』

他們自己喊着說：『躲開！不潔淨，躲開！躲開！不要觸着！』他們既飄蕩又流離，人在列國中就說：『他們不可仍在這裏居住哦！』

永恆主必使你分散於萬族之民中，從地這邊到地那邊；在那裏你必事奉別的神、是你和你列祖素來不認識的、木頭石頭的神。在這些國中、你不能得安然，也沒有給你腳掌停息的地方；永恆主卻要使你在那裏心中發顫，眼目失明，精神消損。你的性命在你面前懸而無定；你晝夜恐懼，對自己的性命、都不敢自信。

上帝和主耶穌基督的僕人雅各、給散僑中的十二支派請安。

猶大因遭遇苦難，又因多作苦工，就流亡外邦；她住在列國中，尋不着安居之地；追逼她的、都在她困苦時將她追上。
