如果你们拒绝遵守我的律例，厌弃我的典章，不听从我的命令，破坏我与你们所立的约，

如果你们弃绝我的律例，你们的心厌弃我的典章，不遵行我的一切诫命，违背我的约，

厭棄我的律例，厭惡我的典章，不遵行我一切的誡命，背棄我的約，

厭棄我的律例，心中厭惡我的典章，不遵行我一切的誡命，背棄了我的約，

棄我典章、蔑我律例、違我誡命、背我盟約、

蔑我禮儀侮我法度、干我誡命、違我盟約、

藐視我之律例、心厭我之法度、不遵我諸誡命而違我約、

and if you reject my decrees and abhor my laws and fail to carry out all my commands and so violate my covenant,

Suppose you say no to my rules and turn away from my laws. And suppose you break my covenant by failing to carry out all my commands.

if you spurn my statutes, and if your soul abhors my rules, so that you will not do all my commandments, but break my covenant,

and if you break my covenant by rejecting my decrees, treating my regulations with contempt, and refusing to obey my commands,

if you reject my statutes and despise my ordinances, and do not observe all my commands— and break my covenant,

if, instead, you reject My statutes, and if your soul loathes My ordinances so as not to carry out all My commandments, but rather to break My covenant,

and if you despise My statutes, or if your soul abhors My judgments, so that you do not perform all My commandments, but break My covenant,

and if ye shall reject my statutes, and if your soul abhor mine ordinances, so that ye will not do all my commandments, but break my covenant;

if you reject My statutes and despise My ordinances, and do not observe all My commands— and break My covenant,

And if ye shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that ye will not do all my commandments,[ but] that ye break my covenant:

if you reject my statutes and abhor my regulations so that you do not keep all my commandments and you break my covenant–

and if you shall reject my statutes, and if your soul abhors my ordinances, so that you will not do all my commandments, but break my covenant,

They rejected his decrees and the covenant he had made with their ancestors and the statutes he had warned them to keep. They followed worthless idols and themselves became worthless. They imitated the nations around them although the Lord had ordered them,“ Do not do as they do.” (niv)

And the Lord said to Moses:“ You are going to rest with your ancestors, and these people will soon prostitute themselves to the foreign gods of the land they are entering. They will forsake me and break the covenant I made with them. (niv)

They have returned to the sins of their ancestors, who refused to listen to my words. They have followed other gods to serve them. Both Israel and Judah have broken the covenant I made with their ancestors. (niv)

The earth is defiled by its people; they have disobeyed the laws, violated the statutes and broken the everlasting covenant. (niv)

Because they have despised the Lord’s word and broken his commands, they must surely be cut off; their guilt remains on them.’” (niv)

“ But they refused to pay attention; stubbornly they turned their backs and covered their ears.They made their hearts as hard as flint and would not listen to the law or to the words that the Lord Almighty had sent by his Spirit through the earlier prophets. So the Lord Almighty was very angry.“‘ When I called, they did not listen; so when they called, I would not listen,’ says the Lord Almighty. (niv)

“‘ This is what the Sovereign Lord says: I will deal with you as you deserve, because you have despised my oath by breaking the covenant. (niv)

Since they would not accept my advice and spurned my rebuke, (niv)

Then he took the Book of the Covenant and read it to the people. They responded,“ We will do everything the Lord has said; we will obey.” (niv)

But they mocked God’s messengers, despised his words and scoffed at his prophets until the wrath of the Lord was aroused against his people and there was no remedy. (niv)

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and instruction. (niv)

You hate my instruction and cast my words behind you. (niv)

Therefore, anyone who rejects this instruction does not reject a human being but God, the very God who gives you his Holy Spirit. (niv)

It will not be like the covenant I made with their ancestors when I took them by the hand to lead them out of Egypt, because they did not remain faithful to my covenant, and I turned away from them, declares the Lord. (niv)

The mind governed by the flesh is hostile to God; it does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so. (niv)

Any uncircumcised male, who has not been circumcised in the flesh, will be cut off from his people; he has broken my covenant.” (niv)

Now if you obey me fully and keep my covenant, then out of all nations you will be my treasured possession. Although the whole earth is mine, (niv)

Why did you despise the word of the Lord by doing what is evil in his eyes? You struck down Uriah the Hittite with the sword and took his wife to be your own. Hear, you earth: I am bringing disaster on this people, the fruit of their schemes, because they have not listened to my words and have rejected my law. (niv)

“‘ Look, you scoffers, wonder and perish, for I am going to do something in your days that you would never believe, even if someone told you.’” (niv)

For the land will be deserted by them and will enjoy its sabbaths while it lies desolate without them. They will pay for their sins because they rejected my laws and abhorred my decrees. (niv)

You will say,“ How I hated discipline! How my heart spurned correction! (niv)
