田野的树木必结果子，地也必有出产；他们必在自己的土地上安居。我打断他们所负的轭，救他们脱离奴役者的手的时候，他们就知道我是耶和华。

“我是耶和华你的神，曾经把你从埃及地，从为奴之家领出来。

我是耶和华你们的神，曾经把你们从埃及地领出来，要把迦南地赐给你们，而且要作你们的神。

耶和华啊！我真是你的仆人；我是你仆人，你婢女的儿子；我的锁链你给我解开了。

“你从古时就折断了自己的轭，解开了自己的绳索，说：‘我不事奉你了。’你在每个高冈上，在每棵繁茂树下，蹲伏行淫。

因为以色列人都是属我的仆人；他们是我的仆人，是我把他们从埃及地领了出来的；我是耶和华你们的神。”

你们不知道你们的身体就是那位住在你们里面的圣灵的殿吗？这圣灵是你们从神那里领受的。你们不是属于自己的，因为你们是用重价买来的。所以你们务要用自己的身体荣耀神。

神说：“我要除去你（“你”原文作“他”）肩头的重担，使你（“你”原文作“他”）的手放下筐子。你在患难中呼求，我就搭救你；我在打雷的密云中回答你，在米利巴的水边试验你。”（细拉）“我的子民哪！你要听，我要劝戒你；以色列啊！但愿你肯听从我。在你中间不可有别的神，外族人的神你也不可敬拜。我是耶和华你的神，曾把你从埃及地领出来。你要大大张口，我就要给它充满。

我必把这杯放在那些苦待你的人的手里；他们曾对你说：‘你屈身俯伏，让我们走过去吧！’你就以你的背作陆地，作街道，任由他们踏过去。”

因为他们是我的仆人，是我从埃及地领出来的，他们不可以卖作奴仆。
