弟兄們，你們蒙召是為了得自由，只是不可用這自由給肉體一個機會，而是要藉著愛彼此服事，

要知道，做奴僕時在主裡蒙召的，就是主的自由人；同樣，做自由人時蒙召的，就是基督的奴僕。你們是被重價贖回來的，不要成為人的奴僕。

感謝神！雖然你們過去是罪的奴僕，但現在卻從心裡順從了所傳給你們的教導內容，從罪中得了釋放，成為義的奴僕。

這樣，罪就不能轄制你們了，因為你們不在律法之下，而在恩典之下。

我誠然是自由的，不屬於任何人，但我使自己成為所有人的奴僕，為了贏得更多的人。

因為我是耶和華你的神，是以色列的聖者，你的拯救者，所以我犧牲埃及作你的贖價，犧牲庫實和西拔替代你。
